झारखण्ड पलामू में शिक्षा विभाग के एक पदाधिकारी को 9 हजार रुपए रिश्वत लेते हुए गिरफ्तार किया है।
पलामू एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो (एसीबी) की टीम ने इस पदाधिकारी को रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है।गुरुवार को उसे उस वक्त पकड़ा गया, जब एक व्यक्ति से रिश्वत ले रहा था।
गिरफ्तार शिक्षा विभाग के पदाधिकारी का नाम बच्चन कुमार पंकज है।वह पलामू जिले के नावाबाजार में प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी के पद पर कार्यरत है।बताया जा रहा है कि वादी से स्पष्टीकरण के जवाब के साथ फिर से उसका वेतन शुरू करने के एवज में बच्चन कुमार पंकज ने रिश्वत की मांग की थी। वादी रिश्वत देने के लिए तैयार नहीं था, लेकिन बच्चन कुमार बिना पैसे के काम नहीं कर रहा था।
उसके बाद वादी ने एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो में बच्चन कुमार पंकज के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करवाई। पलामू प्रमंडलीय एसीबी ने शिकायत की जांच की। जांच में शिकायत सही पाये जाने के बाद वादी के साथ मिलकर एसीबी ने बच्चन कुमार को रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार करने के लिए जाल बिछाया। गुरुवार को जब वादी ने प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी को रिश्वत की रकम दी, तो सादे वेश में वहां मौजूद एसीबी की टीम ने बच्चन कुमार को धर दबोचा।

The plaintiff was not ready to pay the bribe, but Bachchan Kumar was not working without money.
After that the plaintiff lodged a complaint against Bachchan Kumar Pankaj in the Anti Corruption Bureau. Palamu Divisional ACB investigated the complaint. After investigation found the complaint to be true, ACB along with the plaintiff laid a trap to arrest Bachchan Kumar red handed. On Thursday, when the plaintiff gave the bribe amount to the Block Education Extension Officer, the ACB team present there in plain clothes arrested Bachchan Kumar.
