Jamshedpur: वीआइटी में नामांकन का झांसा देकर युवक से 34 लाख की ठगी, एजुकेशन लोन के नाम पर लगाया 18 लाख का चूना

 जमशेदपुर: पहले तो वेल्लोर इस्टीट्यूट एंड टेक्नोलाजी (वीआइटी) में नामांकन कराने का झांसा देकर 16 लाख रुपये की ठगी कर ली गई। उसके बाद शिक्षा लोन दिलाने का सब्जबाग दिखा ठगी करने वाले ने शिक्षा लोन दिलाने के नाम पर 18 लाख रुपये का लोन भी ले लिया। क्रेडिट कार्ड भी हासिल कर ली। खाते में रुपये भी ट्रांसफर कर लिया। इसकी जानकारी ठगी के शिकार को तब हुई जब उसके मोबाइल पर बैंक से ईएमआइ (EMI) का मैसेज आया। इसके बाद कुल 34 लाख रुपये की ठगी के मामला सामने आया।

अब ठगी का शिकार हुए व्यक्ति और उसके स्वजन न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटक रहे हैं। मामले में सीतारामडेरा थाना क्षेत्र भालूबासा निवासी विजय कुमार दास ने मानगो निवासी राहुल कुमार सिंह के विरुद्ध थाना में शिकायत दी है। पुलिस ने आरोपित को हिरासत में लिया है। उससे पूछताछ की जा रही है। वहीं, शिकायत करने वाले पर समझौते का दबाव दिया जा रहा है। सीतारामडेरा थाना की पुलिस के अनुसार मामले की जांच अभी चल रही है।

इधर, विजय कुमार दास ने बताया कि उनके भतीजे संकल्प दास का नामांकन के लिए कंसल्टेंसी से संपर्क किया था। संचालक राहुल कुमार सिंह ने वीआइटी में नामांकन के लिए अलग-अलग किश्त में 16 लाख रुपये ले लिया। पेटीएम से भी रुपये ट्रांसफर करा लिए। जब संकल्प वीआइटी संस्थान पहुंचे, तो बताया कि जो रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर दिए गया गया है, वह फर्जी है। उस नंबर पर किसी युवती का नामांकन हुआ है। इसके बाद राहुल कुमार सिंह से संपर्क कर रुपये वापस करने को कहा। कुछ दिन बाद विजय दास की परेशान तब और बढ़ गई, जब उनके मोबाइल पर बैंक से 84 हजार रुपये ईएमआइ भरने का मैसेज आया। इसकी जानकारी लेने पर पता चला कि आइसीआइसीआइ, एक्सिस बैंक व अन्य छोटे बैंकों से अलग-अलग कुल 18 लाख रुपये का लोन लिया गया है। लोन राहुल सिंह ने लिया है। इधर, स्वजनों का आरोप है कि राहुल कुमार सिंह ने रुपये से कार खरीदी। महिला साथी को महंगे गिफ्ट दिया।

पीड़ित विजय दास ने बताया कि उनके भतीजे को ये धमकी दी जाती थी कि किसी को बताने पर गंभीर परिणाम होंगे। ट्रेन में धमकाया गया। वीआइटी संस्थान में घुसने भी नहीं दिया गया। भतीजा जब दिसंबर में शहर लौटा तो उसने मामले की जानकारी दी। विजय दास ने बताया कि केवाइसी अपडेट कराने का झांसा देकर उनका हस्ताक्षर लिया गया था। हमेशा वाट्सएप पर ही दस्तावेज भेजा जाता था।

Transferred money from Paytm as well. When Sankalp reached VIT Institute, he was told that the registration number given is fake. A girl has been enrolled on that number. After this he contacted Rahul Kumar Singh and asked him to return the money. A few days later, Vijay Das’s worries increased when he received a message on his mobile from the bank asking him to pay an EMI of Rs 84,000. On getting information about this, it was found that a total loan of Rs 18 lakh has been taken separately from ICICI, Axis Bank and other small banks. Rahul Singh has taken the loan. Here, the relatives allege that Rahul Kumar Singh bought the car with Rs. Gave expensive gifts to female partner.

The victim Vijay Das said that his nephew was threatened with dire consequences if he told anyone. Intimidated on the train. He was not even allowed to enter VIT Institute. When the nephew returned to the city in December, he informed about the matter. Vijay Das told that his signature was taken on the pretext of getting KYC updated. Documents were always sent on WhatsApp only.
