*मनीष सिसोदिया की न्यायिक हिरासत 19 जनवरी तक बढ़ाई गई*
दिल्ली की राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को दिल्ली के पूर्व उप-मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया की न्यायिक हिरासत को अगले साल 19 जनवरी तक बढ़ा दिया है.
समाचार एजेंसी एनआई के मुताबिक़, अदालत ने सिसोदिया के वकील को सीबीआई मुख्यालय में मौजूद दस्तावेज़ों की पड़ताल करने के लिए 15 जनवरी तक का समय दिया है.
इसके साथ ही अदालत ने सीबीआई से कहा है कि वह इस पड़ताल के लिए पर्याप्त अधिकारी उपलब्ध कराए और इस बारे में एक कंप्लाएंस रिपोर्ट भी फाइल करे.
Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Friday extended the judicial custody of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia till January 19 next year.
According to news agency NI, the court has given time till January 15 to Sisodia’s lawyer to investigate the documents present at the CBI headquarters.
Along with this, the court has asked CBI to provide adequate officers for this investigation and also file a compliance report in this regard.
