झारखंड के इस नदी तट पर पड़े थे प्रभु श्रीराम के चरण, अद्भुत सा नजारा

चाईबासा: पश्चिम सिंहभूम के वैतरणी नदी तट पर स्थित रामतीर्थ मंदिर में मकर संक्रांति के मौके पर भक्तों की अपार भीड़ जुटी रही। आम से लेकर खास तक यहां पहुंचे और प्रभु श्रीराम के चरणों के दर्शन किये। वहीं मंदिरों में देवी-देवताओं की पूजा कर प्रभु श्रीराम से मन्नतें मांगी और आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया। पुरानी मान्यता है कि भगवान श्रीराम अपने भाई लक्ष्मण और पत्नी सीता के साथ जब 14 वर्षों के वनवास पर थे, तो उस समय यहां भी पहुंचे थे। तीनों ने वैतरणी नदी के इस तट पर आराम किया था। इसके बाद भगवान राम ने खुद अपने हाथाें से यहां शिवलिंग की स्थापना कर शिवलिंग की पूजा की थी। कुछ दिनों तक यहां विश्राम करने के बाद भगवान राम नदी पार कर आगे की यात्रा पर निकल गये थे। कहा जाता है कि वे जाते समय अपना खड़ाऊं और पदचिह्र यहां छोड़ गये थे। पास के देवगांव के एक देउरी को इसे लेकर जब सपना आया तो इस स्थान के बारे में लोगों को पता चला। इसके बाद स्थानीय लोगों ने इसे रामतीर्थ मंदिर का स्वरूप दे दिया। मान्यता है कि यहां जो भी लोग प्रभु श्री राम से मनोकामना मांगते हैं वह जरुर पूरी होती है। यही वजह है की यहां विशेषकर मकर संक्रांति के दिन भक्तों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ती है जो पूरी श्रद्धा के साथ प्रभु श्री राम के चरणों का दर्शन करते हैं और उसकी पूजा करते हैं।रामतीर्थ मंदिर परिसर में रामेश्वर शिव मंदिर, बजरंग बली मंदिर, सीताराम मंदिर, भगवान जगन्नाथ मंदिर भी है। यह सभी मंदिर देखने में बहुत सुंदर हैं। यहां का प्राकृतिक वातावरण मन को काफी सुकून देता है। यहां हर वर्ष मकर संक्रांति पर बहुत बड़ा मेला लगता है। यहां दूर-दूर से लोग आते हैं। भगवान श्रीराम के पदचिह्रों का दर्शन कर खुद को धन्य महसूस करते हैं। सुनें क्या बोले पुजारी, भक्त और नेता….

Chaibasa: On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, a huge crowd of devotees gathered at the Ramtirtha temple located on the banks of river Vaitarni in West Singhbhum. From common to special people reached here and had darshan of the feet of Lord Shri Ram. By worshiping the Gods and Goddesses in the temples, they prayed to Lord Shri Ram and received blessings. There is an old belief that Lord Shri Ram along with his brother Lakshman and wife Sita had reached here when they were in exile for 14 years. All three rested on this bank of the river Styx. After this, Lord Ram himself established the Shivalinga here with his own hands and worshiped the Shivalinga. After resting here for a few days, Lord Ram crossed the river and set out on his further journey. It is said that while leaving, he left his shoes and footprints here. People came to know about this place when a Deuri from nearby Devgaon had a dream about it. After this the local people gave it the form of Ramtirtha temple. It is believed that whatever people wish from Lord Shri Ram here, it is definitely fulfilled. This is the reason why a huge crowd of devotees gather here especially on the day of Makar Sankranti, who visit the feet of Lord Shri Ram with full devotion and worship him. In the Ramtirtha temple complex, Rameshwar Shiv Temple, Bajrang Bali Temple, Sitaram Temple ,There is also Lord Jagannath temple. All these temples are very beautiful to see. The natural environment here gives great peace to the mind. A big fair is organized here every year on Makar Sankranti. People come here from far and wide.
