सरायकेला चाईबासा मुख्य मार्ग पर नो एंट्री व्यवस्था लागू करवाने की मांग पत्र जिले उपायुक्त को नगर पंचायत सरायकेला उपाध्यक्ष मनोज चौधरी ने पत्र लिखकर मांग किया है

विषय : सरायकेला चाईबासा मुख्य मार्ग पर नो एंट्री व्यवस्था लागू करवाने के संबंध में।

महाशय,
उर्पयुक्त विषय के संबंध में कहना है कि लंबे समय से हमारे द्वारा सड़क दुघर्टनाओ के रोकथाम हेतु नो एंट्री की मांग की जा रही है लेकिन किसके आदेश से और कब नो एंट्री व्यवस्था लागू होगी समझ से परे है। सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में अब तक इस क्षेत्र के काफी लोग जान गवां चुके हैं जान माल की रक्षा के लिए शहर में नो एंट्री लागू करना अति आवश्यक है क्योंकि शहर के मुख्य मार्ग में स्कूल कॉलेज बड़े-बड़े सार्वजनिक एवं सरकारी उपक्रम स्थापित है पिछले दिनों सर्किट हाउस की बगल की नई सड़क में दर्दनाक सड़क हादसा में राजनगर निवासी की जान जा चुकी है। सड़क सुरक्षा समिति दुर्घटना के कारण और उसके बचाव के प्रति और अधिक संवेदनशील होना पड़ेगा यदि सड़क सुरक्षा समिति संवेदकशील होती तो आए दिन सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में लोग अपने परिजनों को नही खोते।

इस संबंध में कई बार भवदीय को, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सरायकेला, सड़क सुरक्षा समिति, कमिश्नर कोल्हन को पत्राचार किया जा चुका है।

मेरे द्वारा इस संबंध में लोकायुक्त झारखंड को भी पत्र द्वारा अवगत कराया गया था पत्र के आलोक में लोकायुक्त झारखंड द्वारा नो एंट्री लागू करने का जिला प्रशासन को निर्देश भी प्राप्त है। परंतु आज तक नो एंट्री व्यवस्था लागू नहीं होना चिंता का विषय है।

अतः श्रीमान से आग्रह है कि जान माल की सुरक्षा हेतु अति शीघ्र सरायकेला चाईबासा मुख्य मार्ग पर नो एंट्री व्यवस्था लागू करवाने हेतु आवश्यक कदम उठाने की कृपा करें।

Subject: Regarding implementation of no entry system on Seraikela Chaibasa main road.

sir,
In relation to the above subject, we have been demanding no entry for the prevention of road accidents for a long time, but by whose order and when the no entry system will be implemented is beyond understanding. Till now, many people of this area have lost their lives in road accidents. It is very important to implement no entry in the city to protect life and property, because schools, colleges and big public and government enterprises are established in the main road of the city. Rajnagar resident has lost his life in a painful road accident on the adjacent new road. Road Safety Committee will have to be more sensitive towards the cause of the accident and its prevention. If the Road Safety Committee was sensitive then people would not have lost their relatives in road accidents.

Correspondence has been made several times in this regard to Yours faithfully, Sub-Divisional Officer Seraikela, Road Safety Committee, Commissioner Kolhan.

Lokayukta Jharkhand was also informed by me in this regard through a letter. In the light of the letter, the district administration has also received instructions from Lokayukta Jharkhand to implement no entry. But the non-implementation of no entry system till date is a matter of concern.

Therefore, it is requested that for the safety of life and property, please take necessary steps to implement the no entry system on Seraikela Chaibasa main road at the earliest.
