भारतीय अंतरिक्ष यात्रियों को ट्रेनिंग देगा NASA
अमेरिका की अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा के प्रमुख बिल नेल्सन ने कहा है कि उनका संगठन अगले साल के अंत तक अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्पेस स्टेशन (आइएसएस) पहुंचने के लिए भारतीय अंतरिक्ष यात्री को प्रशिक्षित करेगा।एक सप्ताह के लिए भारत की यात्रा पर आए नेल्सन ने भारत को स्पेस की बड़ी ताकत बताते हुए कहा कि चंद्रयान-3 एक बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि है। नेल्सन की यह यात्रा एनआइएसएआर स्पेस क्राफ्ट की तैयारियों के लिहाज से बेहद अहम है।
यह भारत और अमेरिका की अंतरिक्ष एजेंसियों का पृथ्वी की निगरानी का साझा उपक्रम है, जिसे अगले साल लांच किया जाना है। इस समय यह परीक्षण और एकीकरण के दौर से गुजर रहा है। इसे नाइसार भी कहा जाता है।
यह नासा-इसरो सिंथेटिक एपर्चर राडार का संक्षिप्त रूप है। इसमें इसरो और नासा की बराबर की हिस्सेदारी है। यह पहली बार है जब दोनों एजेंसियों ने अर्थ आब्जर्वेटरी मिशन के हार्डवेयर के लिए आपस में हाथ मिलाया है।
NASA will provide training to Indian astronauts
Bill Nelson, head of America’s space agency NASA, has said that his organization will train Indian astronauts to reach the International Space Station (ISS) by the end of next year. Nelson, who is on a visit to India for a week, praised India’s space Pointing out the great strength of Chandrayaan-3, he said that Chandrayaan-3 is a huge achievement. This visit of Nelson is very important for the preparations of NISAR spacecraft.
This is a joint initiative of Earth observation between the space agencies of India and America, which is to be launched next year. It is currently undergoing testing and integration. It is also called Naisaar. It is the short form of NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar. ISRO and NASA have equal stake in this. This is the first time that both the agencies have joined hands for the hardware of the Earth Observatory mission.
