NEET परिणाम 2024: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को NTA को जारी नोटिस में नीट-यूजी 2024 के परिणामों के विवाद से संबंधित मामलों को लेकर संदेह सुलझाने के आदेश दिए।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नीट-यूजी 2024 परीक्षा के नए आयोजन की मांग करने वाली याचिकाओं के बीच पेपर लीक के आरोपों के बीच राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजेंसी (एनटीए) को नोटिस जारी किया है। न्यायमूर्ति विक्रम नाथ और न्यायमूर्ति अहसानुद्दीन अमानुल्लाह की अवकाशकालीन पीठ ने एनटीए से जवाब मांगते हुए मामले की सुनवाई को 8 जुलाई तक स्थगित कर दिया है।
तत्काल सुनवाई के लिए नई याचिकाओं का उल्लेख करने से इनकार
इससे पहले, शीर्ष अदालत ने नीट-यूजी परिणाम 2024 में विसंगतियों से संबंधित मामले में तत्काल सुनवाई के लिए नई याचिकाओं का उल्लेख करने से इनकार कर दिया. शीर्ष अदालत को आज पेपर लीक के आरोपों को रद्द करने और फिर से परीक्षा की मांग करने वाली सूचीबद्ध याचिका पर सुनवाई करनी है.
नहीं रुकेगी काउंसलिंग
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को राष्ट्रीय पात्रता सह प्रवेश परीक्षा (एनईईटी) स्नातक (यूजी) परीक्षा 2024 में कथित पेपर लीक और अनियमितताओं को लेकर मेडिकल कॉलेजों में छात्रों के प्रवेश के लिए काउंसलिंग पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है. भारी मात्रा में उम्मीद्वार काउंसलिंग रोकने की मांग कर रहे थे और इसके लिए जमकर विरोध भी कर रहे थे लेकिन अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसपर साफ तौर से इंकार कर दिया है.
इसी तरह की याचिकाएं दिल्ली और कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय में भी लंबित
न्यायालय इस वर्ष कथित पेपर लीक और अन्य अनियमितताओं को लेकर नीट यूजी (NEET-UG)परीक्षा 2024 को रद्द करने की मांग करने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई कर रहा था. इसी तरह की याचिकाएं दिल्ली और कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय सहित विभिन्न उच्च न्यायालयों में लंबित हैं. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष दायर याचिकाओं में से एक में विशेष रूप से उन आरोपों का उल्लेख किया गया है कि पटना में पेपर लीक हुआ था और राजस्थान में उम्मीदवारों को गलत प्रश्नपत्र दिए गए थे.
बड़ी संख्या में उम्मीदवारों को पूरे अंक मिले
मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में यह भी कहा गया है कि 04 जून को प्रकाशित परिणामों के अनुसार बड़ी संख्या में उम्मीदवारों को पूरे अंक मिले हैं. उम्मीदवारों ने समय की हानि के लिए छात्रों को प्रतिपूरक अंक देने में अनियमितता का आरोप लगाया है. 17 मई को भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़, न्यायमूर्ति जेबी पारदीवाला और न्यायमूर्ति मनोज मिश्रा की तीन-न्यायाधीशों की पीठ ने NEET-UG 2024 के परिणामों के प्रकाशन पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया था.
इस मामले के नतीजे पर नीट 2024 में शामिल होने वाले हजारों छात्रों के साथ-साथ मेडिकल शिक्षा कम्यूनिटी की भी पैनी नजर है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले का भारत में मेडिकल शिक्षा के भविष्य पर महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव पड़ने की उम्मीद है.

The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the National Testing Agency (NTA) amid allegations of paper leak amid petitions seeking fresh conduct of the NEET-UG 2024 exam. A vacation bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah has adjourned the hearing of the case till July 8, seeking a response from the NTA.
Refusal to mention new petitions for urgent hearing
Earlier, the top court refused to mention fresh petitions for urgent hearing in the case related to discrepancies in NEET-UG result 2024. The apex court is scheduled to hear today the listed petition seeking quashing of paper leak allegations and re-examination.
Counseling will not stop
The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to stay counseling for admission of students to medical colleges over alleged paper leaks and irregularities in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate (UG) examination 2024. A large number of candidates were demanding to stop the counseling and were also strongly opposing it, but now the Supreme Court has clearly refused this.
Similar petitions are also pending in Delhi and Calcutta High Courts.
This year, the court was hearing petitions seeking cancellation of NEET-UG exam 2024 due to alleged paper leak and other irregularities. Similar petitions are pending in various high courts including Delhi and Calcutta High Courts. One of the petitions filed before the Supreme Court specifically mentions allegations that the paper was leaked in Patna and wrong question papers were given to candidates in Rajasthan.
A large number of candidates got full marks
Media reports also say that according to the results published on June 04, a large number of candidates have got full marks. Candidates have alleged irregularities in giving compensatory marks to students for loss of time. On May 17, a three-judge bench of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra had refused to stay the publication of the results of NEET-UG 2024.
The outcome of this case is being closely monitored by thousands of students appearing in NEET 2024 as well as the medical education community. This decision of the Supreme Court is expected to have a significant impact on the future of medical education in India.
