NEET-UG 2024: सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एनटीए और केंद्र को नोटिस जारी किया है, और कहा है कि अगर 0.001% भी लापरवाही हुई है तो इस पर जांच की जाएगी।
पहले भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले की सीबीआई जांच कराने की याचिका पर सुनवाई की थी, और इस बार भी केंद्र और एनटीए को इस मुद्दे पर नोटिस जारी किया गया है।
NEET-UG 2024: गड़बड़ी के मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को एनटीए और केंद्र सरकार को एक बार फिर नोटिस जारी किया। अदालत ने कहा कि यदि किसी भी तरह की 0.001 प्रतिशत भी लापरवाही हुई है, तो इसे पूरी जांच की जाएगी और मामले का संपूर्ण निपटारा होना चाहिए।
पहले भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले की सीबीआई जांच कराने की याचिका पर सुनवाई की थी, और उसी संदर्भ में एनटीए और केंद्र सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया था। अदालत ने तय किया है कि सभी संबंधित याचिकाओं की सुनवाई आठ जुलाई को होगी।

इस बारे में, आम आदमी पार्टी ने दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर एक प्रदर्शन किया है जहां पार्टी के नेता सौरभ भारद्वाज ने बताया कि NEET परीक्षा में हुई गड़बड़ी ने 24 लाख बच्चों के भविष्य को खतरे में डाल दिया है। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार से मांग की है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट की निगरानी में इस मामले की पूरी जांच की जाए। उन्होंने इसे एक गंभीर मुद्दा बताया है और कहा कि अगर प्रश्नपत्र पैसे देकर लीक हो रहे हैं, तो इससे पढ़ाई का कोई मायना नहीं रहेगा।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा-डरने की जरूरत नहीं
शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने नीट के परीक्षार्थियों से मुलाकात की थी और उन्हें आश्वस्त किया था कि किसी को डरने की जरूरत नहीं है किसी भी बच्चे के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं होगा. धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने यह भी कहा था कि अगर किसी भी तरह की गड़बड़ी जांच में सामने आई, तो एनटीए में जवाबदेही तय की जाएगी.
एनटीए ने रद्द किया ग्रेस मार्क्स
एनटीए ने ग्रेस मार्क्स को रद्द कर दिया है और ग्रेस मार्क्स पाने वाले बच्चों के लिए दोबारा परीक्षा आयोजित की है. एनटीए ने कहा है कि जो परीक्षा नहीं देंगे उन्हें बिना ग्रेस मार्क्स के ही काउंसलिंग में शामिल होना होगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने काउंसलिंग रोकने से इनकार कर दिया था.

He has called it a serious issue and said that if question papers are being leaked by paying money, then there will be no point in studying.

Education Minister said – no need to be afraid
Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had met the NEET candidates and assured them that there is no need to be afraid and the future of any child will not be played with. Dharmendra Pradhan had also said that if any kind of irregularities are revealed in the investigation, accountability will be fixed in NTA.
NTA canceled grace marks
NTA has canceled the grace marks and has conducted re-examination for the children who got grace marks. NTA has said that those who do not appear in the examination will have to appear in counseling without grace marks. The Supreme Court had refused to stop the counselling.
