National Investigation Agency: राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) ने रविवार को कहा कि इसने प्रोजेक्ट प्लस 2 हाई स्कूल झिलरुआ में सीपीआई (माओवादी) द्वारा पूर्व विधायक गुरुचरण नायक पर हमला करने और दो पुलिस कर्मियों की हत्या के मामले में एक पूरक आरोप पत्र दायर किया है. आरोप पत्र रांची की विशेष एनआईए अदालत में दाखिल किया गया. मामला शुरू में पुलिस स्टेशन गोइलकेरा, जिला पश्चिमी सिंहभूम, झारखंड में दर्ज किया गया था और बाद में एनआईए ने जांच को अपने हाथ में ले लिया था.
जांच में सामने आई ये बात
जांच से पता चला है कि आरोपी व्यक्ति भाकपा (माओवादी) के सदस्य हैं और उन्होंने उन बैठकों में भाग लिया जिसमें पूर्व विधायक गुरुचरण नायक को निशाना बनाने की साजिश रची गई. उन्होंने उस अपराध में भी भाग लिया, जिसके चलते पुलिस कर्मियों की चोट और मौत हुई और हथियारों और गोला-बारूद की लूट हुई. जांच से यह भी पता चला कि आरोपी व्यक्ति आतंकवादी कृत्यों के लिए सदस्यों की भर्ती में शामिल था और प्रशिक्षण शिविरों का आयोजन करता था, एनआईए ने चार्जशीट में कहा गया है. मामले में आगे की जांच जारी है.
