पाँच सितारा होटल में NRI महिला से दुष्कर्म, आरोपी है निजी कंपनी का सीईओ, एफआईआर दर्ज
नई दिल्ली।देश की राजधानी नई दिल्ली में सुरक्षा के लिहाज से अति महत्वपूर्ण इलाका चाणक्यपुरी के एक पांच सितारा होटल में एक निजी कंपनी के सीईओ द्वारा एक एनआरआई महिला के साथ कथित तौर पर बलात्कार का मामला सामने आया है। दिल्ली पुलिस एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि इस मामले में भारतीय मूल की एक अमेरिकी नागरिक से प्राप्त शिकायत के आधार पर चाणक्यपुरी पुलिस स्टेशन में भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 376 के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है।मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार,एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा कि महिला का आरोप है कि 14 सितंबर 2023 को नई दिल्ली जिले के एक पांच सितारा होटल में आरोपी ने उसका यौन उत्पीड़न किया।
शिकायत के अनुसार महिला जिस कंपनी में सहायक महाप्रबंधक के रूप में काम कर रही है,उसी कंपनी में आरोपी सीईओ है। वह उसके चाचा को जानती थी और उसने उसे यह नौकरी दिलाने में उसकी मदद की थी।पीड़ित एनआरआई महिला ने दिल्ली पुलिस से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।अधिकारी ने कहा कि रिकॉर्ड पर मौजूद सबूतों के आधार पर आगे की जांच जारी है।फिलहाल, इस मामले में किसी की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है।
दिल्ली के चाणक्यपुरी पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज कराई शिकायत के मुताबिक,भारतीय मूल की महिला अमेरिका में रहती है और एक मल्टीनेशनल कंपनी में बड़े पद पर है।आरोपी उसी कंपनी का सीईओ है और दोनों काम के सिलसिले में अक्सर मिलते रहते थे।इसी दौरान एक फाइव स्टार होटल में 14 सितंबर को दोनों की मुलाकात हुई थी जिसके बाद आरोपी ने महिला के साथ जबरन शारीरिक संबंध बनाए और उसका शारीरिक शोषण किया था।पुलिस फिलहाल मामले की जांच कर रही है। पीड़िता का कहना है कि आरोपी ने अपने पद का दुरुपयोग किया है और वह उस पर विश्वास करती थी।महिला ने सख्त से सख्त सजा की मांग करते हुए दावा किया है कि उसके पास पर्याप्त परिस्थितिजन्य साक्ष्य हैं। महिला ने पुलिस को दिए बयान में यह भी कहा है कि आरोपी से उसकी पहले भी मुलाकात हुई थी।इसी विश्वास के आधार पर वह उससे मुलाकात करने के लिए गई थी। अधिकारी ने कहा कि रिकॉर्ड पर मौजूद सबूतों के आधार पर आगे की जांच जारी है।
