ED, CBI या IT के बुलावे पर सीधे नहीं जायेंगे अधिकारी, लेनी होगी अनुमति

झारखंड की हेमंत सोरेन कैबिनेट में कुल 34 प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगी है। इसमें सबसे खास यह है कि अब ED, CBI या IT के बुलावे पर कोई भी अधिकारी सीधे नहीं जायेंगे। समन मिलने पर उन्हें पहले अपने संबंधित विभाग के माध्यम से कैबिनेट को बताया होगा, इसके बाद कैबिनेट यह तय करेंगे उन्हें ED, CBI या IT जैसे किसी अन्य बाहरी एजेंसी के सामने हाजिर होना है या नहीं। सरकार से अनुमति लेनी होगी। यह बड़ा फैसला मंगलवार को हेमंत कैबिनेट की बैठक में लिया गया है। यहां याद दिला दें कि झारखंड से पहले ये व्यवस्था पश्चिम बंगाल में लागू है।

A total of 34 proposals have been approved in the Hemant Soren cabinet of Jharkhand. The most special thing in this is that now no officer will go directly on the call of ED, CBI or IT. On receiving the summons, they must first inform the Cabinet through their respective departments, after which the Cabinet will decide whether they have to appear before any other external agency like ED, CBI or IT or not. Permission will have to be taken from the government. This big decision has been taken in the Hemant cabinet meeting on Tuesday. Let us remind you here that this system was applicable in West Bengal before Jharkhand.
