पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर उप विकास आयुक्त संदीप कुमार मीणा(भा.प्र.से) के द्वारा चक्रधरपुर प्रखंड कार्यालय का किया गया औचक निरीक्षण
पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर उप विकास आयुक्त संदीप कुमार मीणा(भा.प्र.से) के द्वारा चक्रधरपुर प्रखंड कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में डीडीसी द्वारा कार्यालय में मनरेगा, अबुआ आवास योजना/प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना(ग्रामीण), बिरसा सिंचाई कूप संवर्द्धन योजना, 15वें वित्त आयोग से संचालित सभी योजनाओं के अभिलेखों, आगत-निर्गत पंजी, व्यय पंजी, उपस्थिति पंजी, कैशबुक सहित फाइलों का संधारण कार्यों का गहनता से अवलोकन किया गया।
इस क्रम में उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा अलग-अलग योजना/परियोजना से संबंधित प्रखंड स्तरीय समन्वयक/प्रबंधक से कार्यों के अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी लेते हुए बिरसा सिंचाई कूप योजना तहत निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप शत-प्रतिशत उपलब्धि प्राप्त करने तथा निरीक्षण के दौरान बिना कारण अनुपस्थित पाए गए कर्मचारियों को कारण पृच्छा करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अबुआ आवास योजना अंतर्गत मानदंडों के अनुरूप लाभूक सूची प्रकाशन एवं प्राप्त सूचना पर जांच उपरांत त्रुटि निराकरण करने के संदर्भ में भी आवश्यक निर्देश दिया गया। डीडीसी के द्वारा मनरेगा तहत बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना के प्रगति प्रतिवेदन का जायजा लेते हुए प्रत्येक गांव में नियमित योजनाओं का संचालन सुनिश्चित करने तथा योजना में अधिकाधिक मानव दिवस सृजन को लेकर भी निर्देशित किया गया।
समीक्षा के दौरान पाया गया कि मनरेगा में सहायक/कनीय अभियंता के द्वारा भ्रमण हेतु टैग योजना में स्थल भ्रमण व एप्लीकेशन पर अपडेट कार्य संतोष जनक नहीं है, जिस पर अगले 7 दिनों के अंदर लक्ष्य मुताबिक क्षेत्र भ्रमण करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया, निर्देश का पालन नहीं करने वालों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
On the instructions of West Singhbhum District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, a surprise inspection of Chakradharpur block office was conducted by Deputy Development Commissioner Sandeep Kumar Meena (I.P.). In the course of inspection, DDC took to the office the records of MNREGA, Abua Awas Yojana/Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), Birsa Irrigation Well Enhancement Scheme, all the schemes run by the 15th Finance Commission, including inward and outward register, expenditure register, attendance register, cash book. The maintenance work of files was carefully observed. In this sequence, the Deputy Development Commissioner took information about the updated status of works related to different schemes/projects from the block level coordinator/manager and ensured 100% achievement as per the target set under the Birsa Irrigation Well Scheme and without any reason during the inspection.
Employees found absent were directed to inquire the reason. During the inspection, necessary instructions were also given regarding publishing the beneficiary list as per the norms under Abua Housing Scheme and resolving the errors after checking the information received. While taking stock of the progress report of Birsa Green Village Scheme under MNREGA, DDC directed to ensure regular operation of schemes in every village and to generate maximum man days in the scheme. During the review, it was found that the update work on site visit and application in tag scheme for tour by Assistant/Junior Engineer in MNREGA is not satisfactory, on which instructions were directed to visit the area as per the target within the next 7 days. Action will be ensured against those who do not comply.
