“इमारतों का निर्माण करते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए निर्माण के 70 साल बाद नहीं। यह या तो भ्रष्टाचार को दर्शाता है या संगठन की गैर-जिम्मेदारी या गलत हो रहा है तो उसे रोकने में असमर्थता को दर्शाता है। और यदि नहीं तो जो हुआ है उस पर कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।
एक लोकतांत्रिक देश के नागरिक के रूप में एक बात और जोड़नी होगी अगर ऐसा होता रहा तो वह दिन दूर नहीं कि सभी लोग फिर से सिर्फ एक और ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी के गुलाम बन जाएंगे, लोगों द्वारा की गई संपत्तियों का विनाश देखा जाएगा। शहर के कानून प्रवर्तन विभाग द्वारा नैतिक कार्यों को दिखाना अनैतिक माना जाता था। जनता से कहते हैं “रिकॉर्ड करने का ज्यादा भूत चढा है, मोबाइल वोबाइल सब चला जाएगा”।
