सरायकेला : अवैध शराब के खिलाफ सरायकेला और जमशेदपुर आबकारी विभाग ने मंगलवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए शराब माफिया शिवा मंडल के आदित्यपुर थाना अंतर्गत सांपड़ा में दबिश देते हुए अवैध भट्ठी को ध्वस्त कर दिया है. इस दौरान विभाग ने करीब 50 ड्रम में मौजूद दस हजार केजी जावा महुआ को मौके पर ही विनष्ट कर दिया. वहीं करीब 200 लीटर तैयार महुआ बरामद किया है. विभाग ने मौके से शराब बनाने में प्रयुक्त समान जब्त किया है जिसे अपने साथ ले गयी है. करीब तीन घंटे तक चली इस कार्रवाई में शिवा मंडल के काले सम्राज्य को विभाग ने तहस- नहस कर दिया. हालांकि विभाग की दबिश पड़ते ही सारे कारोबारी मौके से भाग निकले. उत्पाद अधीक्षक अजय कुमार ने बताया, कि विभाग को लगातार सूचना मिल रही थी, कि सापड़ा और उत्तमडीह में अवैध शराब का कारोबार संचालित हो रहा है. जिसके बाद जमशेदपुर आबकारी विभाग के सहयोग से बृहद टीम बनाकर छापेमारी की गई.

इस दौरान उक्त भट्टी का खुलासा हुआ जिसे ध्वस्त करते हुए करीब दस हजार किलो जावा महुआ नष्ट किया गया एवं दो सौ लीटर तैयार महुआ के साथ अवैध शराब निर्माण में प्रयुक्त 50 ड्रम, 25 डेकची, 30 बोड़ा, 8 चूल्हा, कोयला, दो सायकल आदि सामानों को जब्त किया गया है. उन्होंने बताया कि शराब कारोबारी के खिलाफ फरार अभियोजन का मामला दर्ज कर छापेमारी की जा रही है. उन्होंने कहा कि यह अभियान लगातार जारी है. किसी को भी कहीं पर अवैध शराब भट्टी संचालन होने की जानकारी है, तो वे विभाग को दे सकते हैं, उनका नाम गुप्त रखा जाएगा. उधर विभाग के इस कार्यवाई के बाद इलाके के शराब माफियाओं में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है. इस कार्रवाई में सरायकेला उत्पाद अधीक्षक अजय कुमार, एक्साइज इंस्पेक्टर निर्भय सिन्हा, एक्साइज इंस्पेक्टर रामदास भगत, सब इंस्पेक्टर महेंद्र कुमार, संदीप कुमार, मिथिलेश कुमार के साथ दोनों जिला से लगभग 30 सदस्य टीम में शामिल थे.

In this action which lasted for about three hours, the department destroyed the black empire of Shiva Mandal. However, as soon as the department came under pressure, all the businessmen ran away from the spot. Product Superintendent Ajay Kumar told that the department was continuously getting information that illegal liquor business is being operated in Sapra and Uttamdih. After which a large team was formed and raided with the help of Jamshedpur Excise Department.

During this, the said furnace was exposed, which was destroyed by demolishing about ten thousand kilos of Java Mahua and two hundred liters of prepared Mahua along with 50 drums, 25 deckchi, 30 boda, 8 chulha, coal, two cycles etc. used in making illegal liquor. The goods have been seized. He told that raids are being conducted after registering a case of absconding prosecution against the liquor trader. He said that this campaign is going on continuously. If anyone has information about illegal liquor distillery operating anywhere, they can give it to the department, their name will be kept secret. On the other hand, after this action of the department, there has been a stir among the liquor mafia of the area. In this action Seraikela Excise Superintendent Ajay Kumar, Excise Inspector Nirbhay Sinha, Excise Inspector Ramdas Bhagat, Sub Inspector Mahendra Kumar, Sandeep Kumar, Mithilesh Kumar along with about 30 members from both the districts were involved in the team.
