आबकारी विभाग के हाजत की खिड़की तोड़ दो आरोपी हुए फरार, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर उठ रहे सवाल

उत्पाद विभाग के बैरेक से बीती रात दो आरोपी खिड़की का रड को टेढ़ा करते हुए फरार हो गए। फरार होने वाले आरोपी में दीपक यादव एवं राकेश कुमार शामिल हैं। दोनों जमशेदपुर स्थित भुईयांडीह के रहने वाले हैं । उत्पाद विभाग एवं पुलिस द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से शुक्रवार को दिन भर छापामारी की गई परंतु फरार दोनों आरोपियों का कुछ पता नहीं चल पाया ।दो दिन पूर्व बुधवार की रात उत्पाद विभाग एवं जिले के नीमडीह पुलिस द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से छापामारी करते हुए नीमडीह के बनडीह में इन दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। इनके पास लगभग 450 लीटर शराब एवं दो बाइक बरामद की गई थी।
उत्पाद अधीक्षक के निर्देशानुसार सरायकेला थाना में दोनों कैदियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिक की दर्ज की जा रही है। उत्पाद हाजत के गार्ड अश्विनी प्रधान ने बताया कि दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर बुधवार को उत्पाद हाजत में बंद किया गया था। रात 10:00 बजे तक सब कुछ सामान्य रहा, इसके बाद हाजत से सटे कमरे में गार्ड का कमरा है, वहां दो गार्ड सुरक्षा के लिए तैनात किए गए थे वे भी खाना खाने के पश्चात अपने बेड पर सो गए। लगभग 12:30 बजे के आसपास हाजत का दरवाजा खोलकर देखा गया तो दोनों आरोपी वहां से फरार थे।

जर्जर हाजत में रखे गए थे आरोपी

हाजत की जर्जर अवस्था के कारण आरोपियों द्वारा काफी आसानी से इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया।
बता दें कि सरायकेला राजा के कार्यकाल में निर्मित इस भवन में कभी व्यवहार न्यायालय का संचालन हुआ करती थी, इसके बाद इस भवन में झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना का कार्यालय भी खोला गया अब इस खंडहर नुमा भवन में उत्पाद विभाग का बैरक है। बैरेक की हालत इतनी खराब है कि वहां कैदियों को रखना सरासर विभाग की लापरवाही है।

Everything remained normal till 10:00 pm, after that there is a guard room in the room adjacent to the hospital, two guards were deployed there for security, they also slept on their beds after having dinner. When the door of the hospital was opened around 12:30 pm, both the accused were absconding.

Let us tell you that this building, constructed during the tenure of Seraikela Raja, once used to house the Civil Court, after which the office of Jharkhand Education Project was also opened in this building. Now this ruined building houses the barrack of the Excise Department. The condition of the barracks is so bad that keeping the prisoners there is sheer negligence on the part of the department.
