क्षेत्र सहित देश की संसद तक चर्चित रही तबरेज के मौत के मामले में एडीजे वन न्यायालय में हुई सुनवाई; दो हुए मामले से रिहा; शेष 10 के सजा के बिंदुओं पर सुनवाई 5 को।
सरायकेला। क्षेत्र चर्चित सहित देश के संसद तक में गूंजी तबरेज अंसारी के मौत के मामले पर एडीजे वन अमित शेखर की अदालत में सुनवाई हुई। जिसमें मामले के दो आरोपी सत्यनारायण नायक और सुमंत महतो को पर्याप्त साक्ष्य के अभाव में मामले से रिहा किया गया। जबकि मामले के अन्य 10 आरोपी प्रकाश मंडल उर्फ पप्पू मंडल, भीमसेन मंडल, कमल महतो, मदन नायक, अतुल महाली, महेश महाली, विक्रम मंडल, चामू नायक, प्रेमचंद महाली और सुनामो प्रधान पर आरोप सिद्ध होते हुए फैसला को न्यायालय द्वारा सुरक्षित रखा गया। जिसमें सजा के बिंदुओं पर आगामी 5 जुलाई को न्यायालय द्वारा सुनवाई करते हुए सजा सुनाये जाने की बात कही गई।
बताते चलें कि सरायकेला थाना अंतर्गत धातकीडीह गांव में 18 जून 2019 को एक घर में चोरी की नीयत से घुसे तबरेज अंसारी की पिटाई भीड़ द्वारा की गई थी। जिसके बाद में पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया था। और वहां से तबरेज अंसारी को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया था। जिसके बाद सरायकेला मंडल कारा में उसकी तबीयत बिगड़ी थी। और सरायकेला सदर अस्पताल लाये जाने के क्रम इलाज के दौरान तबरेज अंसारी की मौत हो गई थी। मामले को लेकर उस समय इसे मॉब लिंचिंग के रूप में भी प्रचारित करने का प्रयास भी किया गया था। इस संबंध में मृतक तबरेज अंसारी की पत्नी शाइस्ता परवीन की शिकायत पर मामला दर्ज कराया गया था। जिसमें पुलिस अनुसंधान के क्रम में कुल 13 लोगों को आरोपी बना कर गिरफ्तार किया गया था। जिसमें मामले के एक आरोपी कुशल महाली का निधन हो चुका है।

While the other 10 accused in the case, Prakash Mandal alias Pappu Mandal, Bhimsen Mandal, Kamal Mahto, Madan Nayak, Atul Mahali, Mahesh Mahali, Vikram Mandal, Chamu Nayak, Premchand Mahali and Sunamo Pradhan were proved guilty and the decision was reserved by the court. . In which, while hearing on the points of punishment on the coming 5th July, the court said that the punishment should be pronounced.
Let us inform that on June 18, 2019, Tabrez Ansari, who entered a house with the intention of stealing in Dhatkidih village under Seraikela police station, was beaten up by the mob. After which he was handed over to the police. And from there Tabrez Ansari was sent to judicial custody. After which his health deteriorated in Seraikela Mandal Jail. And while being brought to Seraikela Sadar Hospital, Tabrez Ansari died during treatment. An attempt was also made to publicize the matter as mob lynching at that time. A case was registered in this regard on the complaint of Shaista Parveen, wife of the deceased Tabrez Ansari. In which a total of 13 people were arrested as accused during the police investigation. In which one of the accused in the case, Kushal Mahali, has passed away.
