Bribe Case:बिहार के एक घूसखोर राजस्व अधिकारी को दस साल की सजा सुनाई गई है और उसे 50 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगा दिया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, उसने दाखिल खारिज के नाम पर 10 हजार रुपये में घूस मांगी थी।
Bribe Case:खगड़िया जिले के अलौली प्रखंड में रहने वाले राजस्व कर्मचारी कैलाश रजक को विशेष निगरानी वाले न्यायाधीश सुदेश श्रीवास्तव की अदालत द्वारा दस साल की कारावास और 50 हजार रुपये के जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई गई है।
न्यायधीश ने पटना निगरानी थानाकांड केस संख्या 74-16 की सुनवाई पूरी की और भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 के तहत दोषी पाए गए अभियोजन के लिए दस साल और सात साल की सजा सुनाई। इसके साथ हीं, उन्होंने 50-50 हजार रुपये का अर्थदंड भी लगाया।
उस कर्मचारी को ऐसे पकड़ा गया था।
खगड़िया जिले के अलौली प्रखंड में तैनात राजस्व कर्मचारी कैलाश रजक ने रौन गांव में रहने वाले संदीप कुमार के भाई की जमीन के दाखिल-खारिज और रसीद काटने की एवज में दस हजार रुपये की रिश्वत ली थी। पटना से आई निगरानी टीम ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
शिकायतकर्ता ने राजस्व कर्मचारी की ओर से रिश्वत की मांग करने का आरोप लगाया था। शिकायतकर्ता के सहयोग से निगरानी डीएसपी तारणी प्रसाद यादव के नेतृत्व में पहुंची टीम ने राजस्व कर्मचारी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
अभियोजन पक्ष ने केस को सजा के मुकाम तक पहुंचाने के लिए कुल 13 गवाहों से गवाही ली थी, जिनमें प्रमुख गवाह तारणी प्रसाद यादव और इंस्पेक्टर सुरेंद्र कुमार सरोज भी शामिल थे।

Kailash Rajak, a revenue employee posted in Alauli block of Khagaria district, had taken a bribe of ten thousand rupees in lieu of registering and cutting the receipt of the land of Sandeep Kumar’s brother living in Raun village. The surveillance team from Patna had arrested him.
The complainant had alleged demand for bribe on behalf of the revenue employee. With the help of the complainant, the team led by monitoring DSP Tarani Prasad Yadav arrested the revenue employee.
The prosecution had taken testimony from a total of 13 witnesses to take the case to the point of conviction, including key witnesses Tarani Prasad Yadav and Inspector Surendra Kumar Saroj.
