ट्रैक्टरों की आवाज से लोगों के नींद में डाल रही खलल मूकदर्शक बने थानेदार

सरायकेला: सरायकेला खरसावां जिला अंतर्गत आदित्यपुर थाना क्षेत्र स्थित खरकई टीओपी से सटे जयप्रकाश उद्यान घाट से चोरी-छिपे जारी बालों उठाव अब बड़े पैमाने पर खुलकर हो रहा है।जिसे रोकने में स्थानीय आदित्यपुर पुलिस नाकाम है। पिछले वर्ष नवंबर महीने में सरायकेला एसडीपीओ हरविंदर सिंह के नेतृत्व में अवैध बालू उठाव को लेकर जयप्रकाश उद्यान में छापेमारी के बाद से बालू का उठाव बंद था। लेकिन विगत 3 दिनों से फिर से बालू का अवैध उठाव कर स्टॉक किया जा रहा है। जिस पर कार्रवाई ना करना स्थानीय आदित्यपुर पुलिस की भी भूमिका को संदिग्ध रूप से दर्शाता है।जयप्रकाश नगर से सटे घनी आबादी वाले क्षेत्र में खाली पड़े जमीन पर बालू का भंडारण किया जा रहा है। देर रात ट्रैक्टर से बालू का उठाव कर यहां स्टॉक किया जाता है।रात भर ट्रैक्टर के चलने से स्थानीय लोगों की नींद हराम हो रही है।स्थानीय लोगों ने बताया कि रात 1 बजे के बाद और सुबह 4 बजे तक बालू का उठाव और भंडारण किया जा रहा है। बताया जाता है कि इन्हीं लोगों द्वारा पूर्व में भी यहां से बालू का अवैध उठाव किया जाता था।जो सरायकेला एसडीपीओ के कार्रवाई के बाद कुछ दिनों तक बंद था।लेकिन सांठगांठ से फिर बालू उठाव का गोरखधंधा धड़ल्ले से शुरू हो गया है।जयप्रकाश उद्यान से फिर शुरू हुए अवैध बालू उठाव मामले को लेकर सरायकेला एसडीपीओ हरविंदर सिंह ने बताया है कि वह मामले की पड़ताल करेंगे और फिर कार्रवाई करेंगे।गौरतलब है कि बीते वर्ष नवंबर महीने में धड़ल्ले से बालू उठाव मामले को लेकर देर रात एसडीपीओ ने छापामारी कर जय प्रकाश उद्यान से 9 ट्रैक्टर ज़ब्त किए थे।इधर खरकाई टीओपी प्रभारी मनोज सिंह से जब बालू उठाव संबंधित जानकारी प्राप्त की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि वह विगत डेढ़ महीने से ट्रेनिंग के लिए सरायकेला पुलिस लाइन में है और फिलहाल टीओपी का प्रभार किसी हवलदार के पास है। इन्होंने बताया कि वे भी वरीय अधिकारियों को मामले से अवगत कराएंगे।

It is said that these people used to lift sand illegally from here in the past as well. Which was closed for a few days after the action of Seraikela SDPO. Seraikela SDPO Harvinder Singh has said that he will investigate the matter and then take action. 9 tractors were seized from Prakash Udyan. On the other hand, when information related to sand lifting was obtained from Kharkai TOP in-charge Manoj Singh, he told that he is in Seraikela police line for training for the last one and a half months and at present the charge of TOP is with a constable.
