प्रतिनिधियों से आवश्यक जानकारी साझा की गई.
इस दौरान एसएसआर 2024 कार्यक्रम के तिथियों में विस्तार की जानकारी दी गई, साथ ही चुनाव प्रक्रिया को सुगम बनाने के लिए ईवीएम जागरूकता
के तिथियों से भी अवगत कराया गया. जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी मनीष कुमार द्वारा बताया गया
कि एसएसआर 2024 में विशेष उपलब्धि हासिल की गई जिसमे सभी मानकों में पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिला शीर्ष 3 स्थानों पर रहा है. इसकेलिए सभी मीडिया,राजनीतिक दलों और टीम का विशेष आभार जताया और आगे भी इसी तरह कुशलतापूर्वक कार्यों का
निष्पादन करने की अपील किया. उन्होंने बताया कि बताया कि विगत अभियान के तहत कुल 1 लाख 80 हजार फॉर्म जमा किए गए हैं और कुल 1 लाख 70
हजार फॉर्म की एंट्री की गई है. प्राप्त सभी दावा एवं आपत्ति संबंधी आवेदनों का निष्पादन संशोधित तिथि के अनुसार 12 जनवरी 2024 तक किया जाना निर्धारित है. मतदाता सूची
का अन्तिम प्रकाशन की संशोधित तिथि 22 जनवरी
2024 है. पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले में 6 विधानसभा क्षेत्र में मोबाइल डेमोस्ट्रेशन वैन 10 जनवरी 2024 से संचालित किया जाएगा. इनमें 44 बहरागोड़ा, 45
घाटशिला (एसटी), 46 पोटका (एसटी), 47 जुगसलाई (एससी), 48 जमशेदपुर पूर्वी और 49
जमशेदपुर पश्चिमी शामिल हैं. मोबाइल डेमोस्ट्रेशन वैन के माध्यम से आम लोगों को ईवीएम वीवीपीएट को ईवीएम की जानकारी देते उन्हें जागरूक किया जायेगा. जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने चुनाव प्रक्रिया को निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी बनाने हेतु सभी मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों से अपील किया कि वे प्रत्येक मतदान केंद्र पर बूथ लेवल एजेंट की नियुक्ति करें,इसके अलावा पुनरीक्षण कार्य में भी सहयोग करें और बीएलओ को सही जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने के
