हेमंत सोरेन से जुड़े जमीन घोटाले में तीन गिरफ्तार, कई घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद ED का एक्शन
हेमंत सोरेन से जुड़े जमीन घोटाले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने एक्शन तेज कर दिया है। एजेंसी ने इस मामले में तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरफ्तार लोगों में हजारीबाग कोर्ट का कर्मचारी भी शामिल है।
पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन से जुड़े जमीन घोटाले में ईडी ने एक बार फिर कार्रवाई करते हुए तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरफ्तार लोगों में हजारीबाग कोर्ट के कर्मचारी मो इरशाद के साथ-साथ कोलकाता के रजिस्ट्रार ऑफ एश्योरेंस के कर्मचारी तापस घोष और संजीत कुमार शामिल हैं। ईडी ने इन तीनों को समन किया था, जिस पर वे लोग गुरुवार को केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी के रांची जोनल ऑफिस में पहुंचे थे। यहां ईडी ने तीनों से कई घंटे तक पूछताछ की, जिसके बाद तीनों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
इसके बाद गायब किए गए पेपर अफसर अली और सद्दाम को उपलब्ध कराते थे। इसके बाद इन पेपर पर मो इरशाद फर्जी डीड तैयार करता था। ईडी की जांच में पता चला कि तापस घोष ने कोलकाता के रजिस्ट्रार ऑफ एश्योरेंस से कागजात गायब कर उपलब्ध कराने के बदले 21 लाख रुपए, जबकि संजीत कुमार ने 8 लाख रुपए मो सद्दाम से लिए थे।
ईडी ने जमीन घोटाले की जांच में पाया था कि हेमंत सोरेन की कथित 8.96 एकड़ जमीन के दो प्लॉट के भी फर्जी पेपर बनाए गए थे। इस बात का खुलासा होने के बाद इनके फर्जी डीड का मिलान, चेशायर होम रोड की 4.83 एकड़ जमीन के फर्जी डीड से मिलान कराया गया। इस क्रम में फॉरेंसिक टीम ने पाया कि बरियातू की जमीन के पेपर, हेमंत सोरेन की कथित जमीन के दो पेपर की लिखावट और इरशाद की हैंडराइटिंग एक है। फॉरेंसिक रिपोर्ट में इस फर्जीवाड़े की पोल खुलने के बाद मो इरशाद को ईडी ने समन भेजा था।

ED has once again taken action and arrested three people in the land scam related to former Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Those arrested include Hazaribagh court employee Md Irshad as well as Kolkata Registrar of Assurances employees Tapas Ghosh and Sanjit Kumar. ED had summoned these three, on which they reached the Ranchi zonal office of the Central Investigation Agency on Thursday. Here the ED interrogated all three for several hours, after which all three were arrested.
After this the officers used to provide the missing papers to Ali and Saddam. After this, Mohd Irshad used to prepare fake deeds on these papers. ED investigation revealed that Tapas Ghosh had taken Rs 21 lakh from Kolkata’s Registrar of Assurances in exchange for providing missing documents, while Sanjit Kumar had taken Rs 8 lakh from Mohd Saddam.
ED, while investigating the land scam, had found that fake papers were also made for two plots of 8.96 acres of land allegedly belonging to Hemant Soren. After this was revealed, their fake deed was matched with the fake deed of 4.83 acres of land on Cheshire Home Road. In this sequence, the forensic team found that the handwriting of the papers of Bariatu’s land, the two papers of the alleged land of Hemant Soren and the handwriting of Irshad is the same. After this fraud was exposed in the forensic report, ED had sent summons to Mohd Irshad.
