गया में नकली नोट, करेंसी, प्रिंटिंग मशीन और गैजेट्स के साथ दो लोग गिरफ्तार।
गया से करीब 17 किमी दूर चेरकी थाने में भारी मात्रा में नकली नोट छापने के आरोप में दो लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है.पुलिस ने गया के चेरकी थाना क्षेत्र के कुरवामा गांव से 500, 200, 100 और 50 के नोट के साथ 3 लाख 73 हजार रुपये मूल्य की एक प्रिंटिंग मशीन और काले रंग के दो बैग बरामद किये हैं. बताया जाता है कि वे पिछले छह महीने से नकली नोट छापने का काम कर रहे थे.
चेरकी में नकली नोट छापे जाने की गुप्त सूचना पर कार्रवाई करते हुए थाना प्रभारी एसके गुप्ता ने एक टीम का गठन किया और बोधगया एसडीपीओ की अनुमति से कुरवाना में नकली नोट चलाने वाले गिरोह का भंडाफोड़ किया। दोषियों के नाम बीरेंद्र कुमार और अनुज कुमार हैं। अनुमान है कि आम चुनाव से पहले नकली नोटों की छपाई से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता

Two persons in Gaya arrested with fake currency notes, currency, printing machine and gadgets.
Two persons were arrested for allegedly printing huge amounts of fake notes, currency in Cherki police station about 17 km from Gaya. Police have recovered worth 3 lakh and 73 thousand rupees with denominations such as 500, 200 100, and 50 with a printing machine and two bags in black color from Kurwama village under Cherki police station in Gaya.
It is said that they had been indulging in printing the fake notes for the last six months. Acting on tip off fake notes being printed in Cherki, SHO, S K Gupta formed a team and busted the racketeer involved in fake currency in Kurwana with the permission of Bodhgaya SDPO. The names of convicts have been identified as Birendre Kumar and Anuj Kumar. It is surmised that the printing of fake currency being done in the run up to general election cannot be ruled out
