पश्चिमी सिंहभूम: नाबालिक लड़की के साथ दुष्कर्म करने के आरोप में न्यायालय ने सुनाया 22 साल का सजा,20 हजार रुपए का लगया जुर्माना
नाबालिक लड़की को बहला फुसलाकर ले जाकर कर दुष्कर्म करने वाले आरोपी मुफस्सिल थाना अंतर्गत महुलसाइ निवासी निर्मल दास को प्रथम जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश ने पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत 22 साल का कठोर कारावास के साथ 20 हजार रूपए जुर्माना लगाया है। आरोपी के खिलाफ पीड़िता के माता के बयान पर 5 अक्टूबर 2019 को चाईबासा महिला थाना में मामला दर्ज कराया गया था।
जानकारी के अनुसार पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिले के चाईबासा मुफस्सिल थाना अंतर्गत महुलसाई निवासी निर्मल दास ने पीड़िता को बहला फुसलाकर अपना घर ले गया और कमरे बंद कर दिया इसके बाद वह उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। जब पीड़िता के परिजनों को मालूम हुआ तो वह लोग निर्मल दास के घर गए। जहां पीड़िता ने परिजनों को बताया कि निर्मल दास डरा घमका कर कई बार उसके साथ लगातार शारीरिक संबंध बनाया। किसी तरह पीड़िता को परिजनों ने अपने घर ले गये। इसके बाद निर्मल दास ने पीड़ित को पूर्ण रूप से अपने घर ले गया। पीड़िता के परिजन दोबारा खोजते हुए निर्मल दास के घर गए तो उसके पिता ने बताया गया कि दोनों कहीं चले गए हैं घर में नहीं है। इसके बाद गिर काफी खोजबीन किया गया वह नहीं मिली तो 5 अक्टूबर 2019 को मामला दर्ज कराया गया। इसके बाद पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। बाद में पुलिस ने सभी साक्ष्यों को वैज्ञानिक तरीके से संग्रह करते हुए न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया। शनिवार को प्रथम जिला सत्र न्यायाधीश ने पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत 22 साल का कठोर कारावास के साथ 20 हजार रूपए जुर्माना लगाया है।
Court sentenced 22 years imprisonment for raping a minor girl, imposed a fine of Rs 20 thousand
The First District Sessions Judge has imposed 22 years of rigorous imprisonment under the POCSO Act along with a fine of Rs 20,000 on Nirmal Das, resident of Mahulsai under Mufassil police station, accused of luring and raping a minor girl. A case was registered against the accused at Chaibasa Mahila Police Station on 5 October 2019 on the statement of the victim’s mother. According to the information, Nirmal Das, resident of Mahulsai under Chaibasa Mufassil police station of West Singhbhum district, lured the victim and took her to his house and locked the room, after which he raped her. When the victim’s family came to know, they went to Nirmal Das’s house. Where the victim told her family that Nirmal Das threatened her and had physical relations with her repeatedly. Somehow the family members took the victim to their home. After this Nirmal Das took the victim to his home. When the victim’s family members went to Nirmal Das’s house to search again, her father told them that both of them had gone somewhere and were not at home. After this, a lot of search was done but she was not found, so a case was registered on 5 October 2019. After this the police arrested him and sent him to jail. Later the police collected all the evidence scientifically and presented it in the court. On Saturday, the First District Sessions Judge imposed 22 years of rigorous imprisonment under the POCSO Act along with a fine of Rs 20,000.
