खुंटपानी चाईबासा में दिनांक 9अगस्त 2023 , दिन बुधवार को विश्व आदिवासी दिवस बहुत ही धूम-धाम से मनाया गया।
खुंटपानी। बिरसा कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर्गत उद्यान महाविद्यालय, खुंटपानी चाईबासा में दिनांक 9अगस्त 2023 , दिन बुधवार को विश्व आदिवासी दिवस बहुत ही धूम-धाम से मनाया गया। इस प्रोग्राम में राज्य की आदिम जनजाति की परंपरा, भाषा एवं संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने का संदेश दिया गया।
मौके पर चक्रधरपुर विधान सभा क्षेत्र के विधायक श्री सुखराम उरांव जी उपस्थित थे। उन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय आदिवासी दिवस की बधाई देते हुए कहा की ‘उद्यान महाविद्यालय पश्चिमी सिंहभूम तथा आस-पास के क्षेत्रों के किसानो की उन्नति के लिए काफी महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है तथा महाविद्यालय के सहायता हेतु यथासंभव मदद करने की घोषणा की’।
साथ ही बिरसा कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के सहायक प्रशासन निदेशक डॉ दोराई हैबुरू, महाविद्यालय के सह-अधिष्ठाता डॉ. अंगदी रब्बानी, सभी प्रोफ़ेसर एवं सभी विद्यार्थीगण मौजूद थे। कार्यक्रम में संथाल, हो, मुंडा और ओराओं जनजाति समुदाय का गीत एवं नृत्य का प्रस्तुत किया गया। साथ ही साथ किसान, असम की देओरी, हो, ओराओं, मुंडा एवं संथाल जनजाति के परंपारिक पोशाक एवं संस्कृति का प्रदर्शन भी किया गया।
Khuntapani. World Tribal Day was celebrated with great pomp on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Horticulture College, Khuntpani Chaibasa under Birsa Agricultural University. In this programme, a message was given to promote the tradition, language and culture of the primitive tribes of the state.
MLA of Chakradharpur Vidhansabha constituency Shri Sukhram Oraon was present on the occasion. Congratulating International Tribal Day, he said that ‘the Horticulture College can play a very important role for the progress of the farmers of West Singhbhum and surrounding areas and announced to help the college as much as possible’.
Along with this, Dr. Dorai Haiburu, Assistant Administration Director of Birsa Agricultural University, Dr. Angadi Rabbani, Co-Dean of the college, all the professors and all the students were present. Songs and dances of Santhal, Ho, Munda and Oraon tribes were presented in the programme. Along with this, traditional dress and culture of Kisan, Deori, Ho, Oraon, Munda and Santhal tribes of Assam were also displayed.
