झारखंड के स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर पड़ेगा बड़ा असर – पारा चिकित्सा कर्मियों का 16 जनवरी को मुख्यमंत्री आवास घेराव, 17 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल

रांची : राज्य की स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर फिर एक बार संकट के बादल मंडराने लगे हैं। यदि राज्य सरकार 16 जनवरी से पहले पारा मेडिकल कर्मचारियों के लिए कोई ठोस निर्णय नहीं लेती हैं तो राज्य के सरकारी अस्पतालों में हाहाकार मच सकता है।

झारखंड अनुबंधित पारा चिकित्साकर्मी संघ एवं एएनएम – जीएनएम संघ के संयुक्त बैनर तले स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुबंध कर्मी फार्मासिस्ट, एक्सरे टेक्नीशियन, एएनएम, जीएनएम, लैब टेक्नीशियन समेत राज्य के सभी पारा मेडिकल कर्मचारी आगामी 16 जनवरी को मुख्यमंत्री आवास का घेराव करेंगे। वहीं, अगले 17 जनवरी से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर चले जाएंगे। राजभवन के समक्ष प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा।

इस बाबव झारखंड अनुबंधित पारा चिकित्साकर्मी संघ द्वारा शनिवार को सभी जिले के उपायुक्त को मुख्यमंत्री के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपकर जानकारी दी है। इससे पहले सूबे के मुख्यमंत्री तथा स्वास्थ्य मंत्री को भी संघ द्वारा ज्ञापन सौंपा गया है।

झारखंड अनुबंधित पारा चिकित्सा कर्मी संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विनय कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि पारा मेडिकल नियमावली 2018 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सभी पारा मेडिकल कर्मियों को वर्ष 2014 की तरह विभागीय समायोजन की प्रक्रिया अविलंब आरंभ हो। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी मांग नहीं पूरा होने पर 16 जनवरी को मुख्यमंत्री आवास का घेराव करेंगे एवं 17 जनवरी से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल एवं रांची में राजभवन के समक्ष धरना प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा। इसके बावजूद भी मांग नहीं पूरा होता है तो 24 जनवरी से आमरण अनशन करने का निर्णय भी लिया गया है।

विनय कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि विकट परिस्थितियों में भी अनुबंध कर्मी सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही तमाम योजनाओं को सफल किया है। फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर के रूप में काम करते हुए वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना पर विजय प्राप्त की है। इसमें अधिकांश संख्या में अनुबंध कर्मी कोरोना पॉजिटिव हुए। इसके अलावा सरकार के कई महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं को अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर सफल बनाते हैं। मगर, अल्प मानदेय के कारण सही चिकित्सा कर्मी अपने परिवार का ठीक से भरण पोषण एवं बच्चे को शिक्षा नहीं दे पा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार मांग नहीं मानती है तो करो या मरो के तर्ज पर आंदोलन चलता रहेगा।

Ranchi: Once again the clouds of crisis have started hovering over the health system of the state. If the state government does not take any concrete decision for the mercury medical staff before January 16, then there can be an outcry in the government hospitals of the state.

Under the joint banner of Jharkhand Contracted Mercury Medical Workers Union and ANM-GNM Union, contract workers of Health Department including Pharmacists, X-ray Technicians, ANMs, GNMs, Lab Technicians and all mercury medical workers of the state will gherao the Chief Minister’s residence on January 16. At the same time, from next January 17, they will go on an indefinite strike. Demonstration will be done in front of Raj Bhavan.

In this regard, Jharkhand Contracted Mercury Medical Workers Union has given information by handing over a memorandum to the Chief Minister to the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts on Saturday. Earlier, memorandum has been handed over by the Sangh to the Chief Minister and the Health Minister of the state.

State President of Jharkhand Contracted Para Medical Workers Union, Vinay Kumar Singh said that by making partial amendments in the Para Medical Rules 2018, the process of departmental adjustment to all para medical workers of the Health Department should start without delay like in the year 2014. He said that on January 16, if our demand is not met, the Chief Minister’s residence will be surrounded and from January 17, indefinite strike and protest will be held in front of Raj Bhavan in Ranchi. Despite this, if the demand is not met, then a decision has also been taken to fast unto death from January 24.

Vinay Kumar Singh said that even in difficult circumstances, the contract workers have made all the schemes run by the government successful. Working as a frontline worker has conquered the global pandemic Corona. In this, most of the contract workers became corona positive. Apart from this, many important schemes of the government are made successful by risking their lives. But, due to low honorarium, the right medical personnel are not able to maintain their family properly and give education to the child. He said that if the government does not accept the demand, then the movement will continue on the lines of do or die.
