कोडरमा : पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स की बैठक सह कार्यशाला आयोजित
कोडरमा : जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार कोडरमा के तत्वावधान में व्यवहार न्यायालय स्थित जिला न्याय सदन सभागार में जिले में कार्यरत सभी पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स के साथ एक बैठक सह कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम कोडरमा के प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार विरेन्द्र कुमार तिवारी के निर्देश में किया गया। बैठक सह कार्यशाला में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव अभिषेक प्रसाद ने उपस्थित पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स को कई प्रकार की क़ानूनी प्रावधानों एवं प्राधिकार द्वारा चलाये जा रहे कार्यक्रमों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। श्री प्रसाद ने पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्राधिकार द्वारा चलाये जा रहे कार्यक्रमों एवं केंद्र व राज्य सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाने में पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स की भूमिका अत्यंत ही महत्वपूर्ण है। पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स प्राधिकार एवं आम जनता के बीच सेतु का काम करता है। उन्होंने पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स के दायित्वों का बोध कराते हुए कहा कि समाज का कोई भी व्यक्ति साधन के अभाव में न्याय से वंचित नहीं रह सके यह जिम्मेवारी सभी पारा लीगल वोलेनटियर्स के कंधो पर है। अपने अपने क्षेत्र में नि:शुल्क विधिक सहायता चाहने वाले जरूरतमंद व्यक्तियों की तलाश करें तथा उसे प्राधिकार तक पहुँचाने में अपनी अहम् भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करें ताकि वैसे जरुरतमंद लोगों को योजनाओं का समुचित लाभ मिल सके।
Koderma: Under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority Koderma, a meeting-cum-workshop was organized with all the para-legal volunteers working in the district at the District Justice Sadan Auditorium located in the Court of Law. This program was done under the direction of Koderma’s Principal District and Sessions Judge Co-Chairman District Legal Services Authority Virendra Kumar Tiwari. In the meeting-cum-workshop, Abhishek Prasad, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, gave detailed information about various types of legal provisions and programs being run by the authority to the Para Legal Volunteers present. Addressing the Para Legal Volunteers, Mr. Prasad said that the role of Para Legal Volunteers is very important in reaching the last person of the society, the programs being run by the Authority and the welfare schemes of the Central and State Government. Para Legal Volunteers acts as a bridge between the authority and the general public. Giving an understanding of the responsibilities of Para Legal Volunteers, he said that no person in the society should be deprived of justice due to lack of means, this responsibility rests on the shoulders of all Para Legal Volunteers. Look for needy persons seeking free legal aid in your area and ensure your important participation in reaching them to the authority so that such needy people can get proper benefits of the schemes.
