आगामी गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह क़ी तैयारी को लेकर पुलिस अधीक्षक एवं उप विकास आयुक्त ने क़ी बैठक

सरायकेला खरसावां : आगामी 26 जनवरी गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह के सफल संचालन को लेकर आज समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री आनंद प्रकास एवं उप विकास आयुक्त श्री प्रवीण कुमार गागराई की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित की गई। उक्त बैठक मे परियोजना निदेशक आई टि डी ए, अपर उपायुक्त, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सरायकेला-चांडिल एवं सभी सम्बन्धित विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक को सम्बोधित करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त श्री प्रवीण कुमार गागराई ने आगामी 26 जनवरी गणतंत्रता दिवस को हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाने क़ी बात कही। उन्होंने कहा कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि माननीय आदिवासी कल्याण सह परिवहन मंत्री झारखण्ड सरकार श्री चम्पाई सोरेन उपस्थित होंगे। कार्यक्रम में सभी विभाग के तरफ से झांकी प्रस्तुत किए जाएंगे वही अपराहन 3:00 बजे से प्रशासन 11 एवं पत्रकार 11 के बीच फ्रेंडली मैच भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि सभी संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारी कार्यक्रम की तैयारी हेतु सौंपी जा रहे कार्यों को समय पूर्ण करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

इस दौरान आगामी 26 जनवरी गणतंत्रता दिवस समारोह के आयोजन को लेकर बिंदुवार चर्चा करते हुए दिए गए निम्नलिखित दिशा निदेश

▪️ सभी सम्बन्धित विभागों द्वारा झांकी निकली जायेगी, झांकी सरकार के कल्याणकारी योजनाओं, राष्ट्र तथा देश हित कला संस्कृति पर आधारित होंगी।

▪️मुख्य समारोह स्थल पर पेयजल की व्यवस्था हेतु कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी सरायकेला नगर पंचायत को निर्देशित किया गया।

▪️ परेड :- तीन प्लाटून पुलिस बल, एक होम गॉर्ड, एक CRPF तथा चार विद्यालय के प्लाटून होमगार्ड परेड़ में शामिल होंगे

▪️21,22, 23 को भगवान बिरसा मुंडा स्टेडियम सरायकेला मे होगा परेड रिह्लसाल। वही 24 को उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक फूल परेड रिह्लसाल का करेंगे निरिक्षण। पूर्व अभ्यास के दौरान सभी पदाधिकारियों स्थल पर उपस्थित रहेंगे।

▪️सरायकेला बाजार स्थित सभी चौक चौराहों पर स्थापित मूर्तियों का साफ-सफाई एवं माल्यार्पण की जिम्मेदारी कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी नगर पंचायत सरायकेला को दिया गया।

▪️निदेशक छऊ, नृत्य, कला केंद्र, सरायकेला अनुमंडल कार्यालय सरायकेला में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सरायकेला झंडातोलन करेंगे।

▪️सभी अंचल अधिकारी, उत्पाद अधीक्षक, कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी, नगर पंचायत, नगर परिषद, सचिव बाजार समिति को निर्देश दिया गया कि गणतंत्र दिवस के शुभ अवसर पर स्थानीय बाजार में मांस मछली बिक्री एवं मदिरा के सेवन नहीं करने हेतु आम जनता को जागरूक करेंगे।

▪️ 20 जनवरी तक सभी संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारी झांकी विषय का प्रस्ताव उप विकास आयुक्त कार्यालय को उपस्थित कराना सुनिश्चित करें।

▪️बिरसा चौक सरायकेला खरसावां में भगवान बिरसा मुंडा का माल्यार्पण प्रातः 8:50 बजे

▪️ मुख्य कार्यक्रम स्थल भगवान बिरसा मुंडा स्टेडियम में झंडोत्तोलन प्रातः 9:10

▪️जिला समाहरणालय सरायकेला खरसावां में झंडोत्तोलन प्रातः 10:15

▪️ पुलिस अधीक्षक का कार्यालय सरायकेला खरसावां में झंडोत्तोलन प्रातः 10: 30

▪️पुलिस लाइन में झंडोत्तोलन प्रातः 10:55

बैठक में उपरोक्त के अलावा अपर उपायुक्त सुबोध कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सरायकेला रामकृष्ण कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चांडिल रंजीत लोहरा, उप विर्वाचन पदाधिकारी प्रियंका सिंह, उप सम्हारता समान्य शाखा, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला सांख्यिकी पदाधिकारी, जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी, नजारत उप समाहर्ता जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी व अन्य संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Seraikela Kharsawan: A meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Superintendent of Police Mr. Anand Prakas and Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Praveen Kumar Gagrai in connection with the successful conduct of Republic Day celebrations on 26th January. Project Director ITDA, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer Seraikela-Chandil and all concerned departmental officers were present in the said meeting. Addressing the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner Mr. Praveen Kumar Gagrai talked about celebrating the Republic Day on January 26 with enthusiasm. He said that Honorable Tribal Welfare cum Transport Minister, Government of Jharkhand Mr. Champai Soren will be present as the chief guest in the programme. Tableaus will be presented by all the departments in the program, and friendly matches will also be organized between Administration 11 and Journalists 11 from 3:00 pm. During this, he said that all concerned departmental officers will ensure timely completion of the tasks being assigned for the preparation of the programme.

During this, the following guidelines were given while discussing point-wise about the upcoming 26 January Republic Day celebrations

• Tableaux will be taken out by all the concerned departments, the tableaux will be based on the welfare schemes of the government, art and culture in the interest of the nation and the country.
• The Executive Officer Seraikela Nagar Panchayat was directed to arrange drinking water at the main venue.
• Parade :- Three platoons police force, one home guard, one CRPF and four school platoons home guards will participate in the parade
• Parade rehearsal will be held at Bhagwan Birsa Munda Stadium Seraikela on 21, 22, 23. On the same 24, Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police will inspect the flower parade rehearsal. All the office bearers will be present at the venue during the pre-exercise.
• The responsibility of cleaning and garlanding the idols installed at all the square intersections in Seraikela market was given to the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Seraikela.
• Director Chhau, Dance, Art Center, Seraikela Sub-Divisional Office, Seraikela Sub-Divisional Officer will hoist the flag.
• All Zonal Officers, Product Superintendents, Executive Officers, Nagar Panchayat, Municipal Council, Secretary Market Committee were directed to make the general public aware not to sell meat, fish and consume liquor in the local market on the auspicious occasion of Republic Day.
• By January 20, all the concerned departmental officers should make sure to present the tableau proposal to the Deputy Development Commissioner’s office.

Apart from the above, in the meeting Additional Deputy Commissioner Subodh Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer Seraikela Ramakrishna Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer Chandil Ranjit Lohra, Deputy Election Officer Priyanka Singh, Deputy Collector General Branch, District Public Relations Officer, District Agriculture Officer, District Statistics Officer, District Planning Officer, Nazarat Deputy Collector, District Animal Husbandry Officer and other concerned departmental officers were present.
