*जापान में भूकंप के 21 झटकों से मची तबाही, अंधेरे में डूबे 34 हजार घर, अब सुनामी का खतरा*
जापान का पश्चिमी समुद्री क्षेत्र सोमवार को 7.6 तीव्रता के भूकंप से दहल उठा, जिसके बाद सुनामी की चेतावनी जारी की गई. जापान सरकार ने लोगों से तटीय इलाकों से लोगों को जल्द से जल्द सुरक्षित जगहों पर चले जाने को कहा. अब सिर्फ जापान ही नहीं बल्कि कोरिया और रूस के तटों पर सुनामी की लहरें 0.3 से एक मीटर तक पहुंचने की आशंका है. जबकि रिपब्लिक ऑफ कोरिया के तट पर 0.3 मीटर से कम ऊंचाई की लहरें उठने का अनुमान है.
7.6 थी भूकंप की तीव्रता
जापान मौसम विज्ञान एजेंसी ने स्थानीय समयानुसार शाम चार बजे इशिकावा के समुद्र तटों और आसपास के प्रांतों में भूकंप आने की सूचना दी, जिनमें से एक की शुरुआती तीव्रता 7.6 मापी गई. इसने इशिकावा के लिए एक गंभीर स्तर की सुनामी चेतावनी और होंशू द्वीप के बाकी पश्चिमी तट के लिए निचले स्तर की सुनामी चेतावनी जारी की. जापान के सरकारी प्रसारक एनएचके टीवी ने चेतावनी दी कि समुद्र में लहरें पांच मीटर तक पहुंच सकती हैं.
लोगों से जल्द से जल्द ऊंचे स्थानों या पास की इमारत की ऊपरी मंजिलों पर चले जाने को कहा. भूकंप के कारण नुकसान की कोई सूचना नहीं है. जापान के पश्चिमी तट पर निगाटा और अन्य क्षेत्रों में लगभग तीन मीटर ऊंची सुनामी आने की आशंका जताई गई.
दर्ज की गईं सुनामी की लहरें
इसके अनुसार, समुद्र तट पर कम ऊंचाई की सुनामी लहरें पहले ही दर्ज की गई हैं. भूकंप प्रभावित क्षेत्र में स्थित एक परमाणु प्लांट तोक्यो इलेक्ट्रिक पावर कंपनी ने कहा कि प्लांट में अब तक किसी तरह की ऑपरेशन संबंधी दिक्कत सामने नहीं आई है.
वहीं उत्तर कोरिया और रूस ने भी अपने कुछ हिस्सों में समुद्र में एक मीटर ऊंची लहरे उठने की चेतावनी जारी की है. रूस के अधिकारियों ने सखालिन द्वीप के लिए सुनामी की चेतावनी जारी की है. वहीं, दक्षिण कोरिया में मौसम एजेंसी ने कुछ पूर्वी तटीय शहरों के निवासियों से समुद्र के स्तर में संभावित बदलावों पर नजर रखने को कहा है. प्रधानमंत्री फुमियो किशिदा ने कहा कि सरकार ने भूकंप और सुनामी के बारे में जानकारी इकट्ठा करने के लिए एक खास इमरजेंसी सेंटर लगाया है.

The Japan Meteorological Agency reported earthquakes off the coast of Ishikawa and surrounding prefectures at 4 p.m. local time, one of which had a preliminary magnitude of 7.6. It issued a severe-level tsunami warning for Ishikawa and a lower-level tsunami warning for the rest of the west coast of Honshu island. Japan’s state broadcaster NHK TV warned that waves in the ocean could reach five meters.
People were asked to move to higher places or upper floors of nearby buildings as soon as possible. There is no report of damage due to the earthquake. A tsunami about three meters high was expected in Niigata and other areas on the west coast of Japan.
Tsunami waves were recorded
According to this, low height tsunami waves have already been recorded on the coastline. Tokyo Electric Power Company, a nuclear plant located in the earthquake-affected area, said that no operational problems have been reported so far at the plant.
At the same time, North Korea and Russia have also issued a warning of waves up to one meter high in some of their parts. Russian officials have issued a tsunami warning for Sakhalin Island. At the same time, the weather agency in South Korea has asked residents of some eastern coastal cities to keep an eye on possible changes in sea level. Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said that the government has set up a special emergency center to collect information about the earthquake and tsunami.
