*भाजपा विधायक को 25 साल की कैद, 10 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना…*
उत्तर प्रदेश: भाजपा विधायक रामदुलार गोंड को 25 साल कैद और दस लाख रुपये अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई गई है। अर्थदंड की धनराशि पीड़िता को मिलेगी। विधायक पर एक नाबालिग के साथ दुष्कर्म करने का इल्जाम है। पीड़िता ने साल 2014 में यूपी के म्योरपुर थाने में केस दर्ज कराया था। गुजरे नौ साल की लंबी सुनवाई के बाद यह फैसला आया। विधायक रामदुलार गोंड को सोनभद्र की एमपी-एमएलए कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश एहसानुल्लाह खान की अदालत ने यह सजा सुनाई। सजायाफ्ता रामदुलार गोंड की विधायकी जानी तय मानी जा रही है। विधायक के अधिवक्ता ने फैसले को उच्च अदालत में चुनौती देने की बात कही है। रामदुलार गोंड सोनभद्र में दुद्धी सीट से भाजपा के विधायक हैं। पीड़िता के भाई ने अपनी खुशी का इजहार कर मीडिया से कहा कि नौ साल बाद उसकी बहन को इंसाफ मिला।

This punishment was given to MLA Ramdular Gond by the court of Judge Ehsanullah Khan of MP-MLA Court of Sonbhadra. The death of convicted Ramdular Gond is considered certain. The MLA’s lawyer has said that he will challenge the decision in the high court. Ramdular Gond is BJP MLA from Duddhi seat in Sonbhadra. Expressing his happiness, the victim’s brother told the media that his sister got justice after nine years.
