*शिवलिंग हटाने का फैसला लिखते वक्त बेहोश हुए असिस्टेंट रजिस्ट्रार, जज ने जल्दबाजी में बदला अपना ऑर्डर*
कोलकाता :* कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट के जस्टिस जॉय सेनगुप्ता ने एक मामले में फैसला सुनाया कि विवादित जमीन से शिवलिंग को हटाया जाना चाहिए. लेकिन उस शिवलिंग को बेदखल करने का फैसला दर्ज करते वक्त असिस्टेंट रजिस्ट्रार अचानक बेहोश हो गए. उन्हें कोर्ट के स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में भर्ती कराया गया. उधर, असिस्टेंट रजिस्ट्रार का हाल देख जस्टिस ने भी अपना फैसला बदल दिया.
कोर्ट सूत्रों के मुताबिक, मुर्शिदाबाद के बेलडांगा स्थित खिदिरपुर निवासी सुदीप पाल और गोविंद मंडल के बीच जमीन के एक टुकड़े को लेकर लंबे समय से विवाद चल रहा है. पिछले साल मई में विवाद हाथापाई की नौबत तक पहुंच गया था. कथित तौर पर इसके बाद गोविंदा ने विवादित जमीन पर रातो-रात एक शिवलिंग की स्थापना कर दी. सुदीप ने इसकी शिकायत थाने में की. पुलिस ने मामले की जांच करने का आश्वासन दिया. हालांकि, जब पुलिस ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की, तो सुदीप ने कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय में मामला दायर किया.
याचिकाकर्ता सुदीप पाल के वकील तरुणज्योति तिवारी ने कोर्ट को बताया कि गोविंदा ने जानबूझकर विवादित जमीन पर शिवलिंग स्थापित किया था. पुलिस ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की. इसलिए कोर्ट को इस मामले में दखल देना चाहिए.

According to court sources, there is a long-standing dispute between Sudeep Pal and Govind Mandal, a resident of Khidirpur, Beldanga, Murshidabad, over a piece of land. In May last year, the dispute reached the extent of a scuffle. Allegedly, after this, Govinda established a Shivling on the disputed land overnight. Sudeep complained about this in the police station. The police assured to investigate the matter. However, when the police did not take any action, Sudeep filed a case in the Calcutta High Court.
Petitioner Sudeep Pal’s lawyer Tarunjyoti Tiwari told the court that Govinda had deliberately installed the Shivling on the disputed land. Police did not take any action. That’s why the court should interfere in this matter.
