नई दिल्ली :- Fastag को लेकर बड़ी खबर आई है। 31 जनवरी से पहले कुछ जरूरी काम निपटा लें, ताकि आपको परेशानी न हो। बता दें कि, आज के समय में फास्टैग के बिना गाड़ी को चलाना बहुत ही मुश्किल है। अधिकांश रोड पर टोल का भुगतान करने के लिए फास्टैग जरूरी है। ऐसे में अगर आपकी गाड़ी में फास्टैग लगा है, तो 31 जनवरी तक उसकी केवाईसी करा लें।भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) ने सोमवार को कहा कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक टोल संग्रह प्रणाली की दक्षता बढ़ाने के अपने कदम के तहत, बिना केवाईसी वाले फास्टैग को 31 जनवरी के बाद बैंकों द्वारा निष्क्रिय या ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया जाएगा। ऐसा होने पर आप टोल पर फास्टैग से भुगतान नहीं कर पाएंगे। वहीं, बिना फास्टैग के टोल पर दोगुना टैक्स देना पड़ सकता है।एनएचएआई ने सोमवार को कहा कि खाते में राशि होने के बावजूद अधूरे केवाईसी (अपने ग्राहक को जानिये) वाले फास्टैग 31 जनवरी के बाद निष्क्रिय कर दिए जाएंगे। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक टोल संग्रह प्रणाली की दक्षता बढ़ाने और टोल प्लाजा पर वाहनों की निर्बाध आवाजाही को संभव बनाने के लिए एनएचएआई ने ‘एक वाहन, एक फास्टैग’ पहल लागू की है।

इसका उद्देश्य कई वाहनों के लिए एक ही फास्टैग के इस्तेमाल या एक विशेष वाहन के लिए कई फास्टैग जोड़ने को हतोत्साहित करना है। एनएचएआई ने बयान में कहा कि फास्टैग का इस्तेमाल करने वाले वाहन चालकों को रिजर्व बैंक दिशानिर्देशों के अनुरूप अपने फास्टैग की केवाईसी प्रक्रिया पूरा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है।बयान के मुताबिक, किसी भी तरह की असुविधा से बचने के लिए उपयोगकर्ताओं को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उनके नवीनतम फास्टैग का केवाईसी पूरा हो गया है। इसके साथ ही उपयोगकर्ताओं को ‘एक वाहन, एक फास्टैग’ का भी पालन करना होगा और अपने बैंकों के माध्यम से पहले जारी किए गए सभी फास्टैग को हटाना होगा।एनएचएआई ने कहा, ‘‘केवल नवीनतम फास्टैग खाता ही सक्रिय रहेगा क्योंकि पिछले फास्टैग 31 जनवरी, 2024 के बाद निष्क्रिय या प्रतिबंधित कर दिए जाएंगे।

” इस संबंध में किसी तरह की सहायता या जानकारी के लिए फास्टैग उपयोगकर्ता अपने नजदीकी टोल प्लाजा या संबंधित जारीकर्ता बैंकों के टोल-फ्री ग्राहक सेवा नंबर पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं।एनएचएआई ने यह कदम एक वाहन के लिए कई फास्टैग जारी किए जाने और आरबीआई के आदेश का उल्लंघन करते हुए केवाईसी के बिना फास्टैग जारी किए जाने की हालिया रिपोर्टों के बाद उठाया है।देशभर में आठ करोड़ से अधिक वाहन चालक फास्टैग का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं जो कुल वाहनों का लगभग 98 प्रतिशत है। इस व्यवस्था ने देश में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक टोल संग्रह प्रणाली की रफ्तार काफी तेज कर दी है।

Its objective is to facilitate the use of a single FASTag for multiple vehicles or for a particular vehicle. Adding multiple Fastags is to be discouraged. NHAI said in the statement that the drivers using Fastag are being encouraged to complete the KYC process of their Fastag as per the Reserve Bank guidelines. According to the statement, to avoid any kind of inconvenience, users are advised to Must ensure that KYC of their latest Fastag is completed. Along with this, users will also have to follow ‘One Vehicle, One Fastag’ and delete all the Fastags previously issued through their banks. “Only the latest Fastag account will remain active as the previous Fastag is 31 days old,” NHAI said. Will be deactivated or banned after January 2024.” For any assistance or information in this regard, FASTag users can contact their nearest toll plaza or the toll-free customer care number of the respective issuing banks. NHAI has taken this step in view of the issue of multiple FASTags for one vehicle and RBI. KYC in violation of the order The issue has been raised after recent reports of people issuing FASTag without it. More than eight crore drivers across the country are using FASTag, which is about 98 percent of the total vehicles. This system has greatly accelerated the pace of electronic toll collection system in the country.
