जमशेदपुर : 54 लाख रुपये बजट, फिर भी लाइट और जाली बगैर हो गया जुगसलाई आरओबी का उद्घाटन
Jamshedpur (Anand Mishra) : जुगसलाई के लोगों की चिर प्रतिक्षित मांग पिछले दिनों पूरी हो गयी. मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने जुगलाई फाटक के पास नवनिर्मित ब्रिज (आरओबी) का उद्घाटन कर लोगों की इस मांग को पूरा कर दिया. इसके साथ ही पुल पर आवागमन तो शुरू हो गया, लेकिन शाम ढलने के साथ ही पुल पर अंधेरा छा जाता है. हालांकि पुल पर लाइट और दोनों किनारे सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से जाली लगाने के लिए 54 लाख रुपये का बजट है. ऐसा राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बन्ना गुप्ता ने कहा था. पिछले 7 जनवरी को प्रदीप मिश्रा जयंती समारोह में कहा था कि आरओबी पर अभी लाइट व जाली लगाया जाना बाकी है. इसके लिए 54 लाख रुपये का बजट है. यह कार्य होने के बाद ही आरओबी का उद्घाटन होगा. लेकिन न तो लाइट लगी और न ही जाली और आरओबी पर आवागमन शुरू हो गया. ऐसे में यदि को घटना या दुर्घटना होती है, तो जिम्मेदार कौन होगा?

On January 7 last, at the Pradeep Mishra Jayanti function, it was said that lights and mesh are yet to be installed on the ROB. There is a budget of Rs 54 lakh for this. The ROB will be inaugurated only after this work is done. But neither the light came on nor the traffic started on the mesh and ROB. In such a situation, if an incident or accident happens, then who will be responsible?
