रांची: मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे माफियाओं के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करें और अवैध माइनिंग पर तुरंत प्रभाव से रोक लगाएं।

यह सुनने में अच्छा है कि सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने माफियाओं और अवैध माइनिंग के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की बात की है। अवैध माइनिंग और माफियाओं का साम्राज्य बना रहना गठजोड़ के विकास को रोक सकता है। इस तरह के कदम सुरक्षा और विकास को सुनिश्चित करने में महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं।

रांची: झारखंड में कानून-व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाना राज्य सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने मंगलवार को राज्य में लॉ एंड ऑर्डर पर आयोजित हाईलेवल मीटिंग में स्पष्ट किया कि अपराध नियंत्रण में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि माफिया और पेशेवर अपराधियों की पहचान कर उनके खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए ताकि उनमें भय पैदा हो।

इसके अलावा, अवैध माइनिंग पर हर हाल में रोक लगाने के निर्देश भी दिए गए। मुख्यमंत्री ने जोर देकर कहा कि ग्रामीण इलाकों में अफीम की खेती को बढ़ावा देने वाले बाहरी तत्वों और इसकी खेती और वितरण में शामिल लोगों की पहचान कर उनके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए। अफीम की खेती पर प्रतिबंध लगाना सरकार की विशेष प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है।

आदिवासियों को जमीन पर दिलाएं दखल
सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने कहा कि अनुसूचित जनजाति से जुड़ी जमीन के उन मामलों में आदिवासियों को जमीन पर दखल दिलाना सुनिश्चित करें जिसमें कोर्ट की डिग्री हो चुकी है. एससी- एसटी एक्ट के तहत दर्ज मामलों का निष्पादन प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जल्द से जल्द करें. इसके तहत दर्ज मामले पेंडिंग नहीं रहें, इसका विशेष ध्यान दें और इसकी मॉनिटरिंग गंभीरता के साथ हो.

शहीद जवानों के आश्रितों को जल्द दिलाएं सरकारी लाभ
अफसरों को निर्देश देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने कहा कि उग्रवादी घटनाओं में शहीद जवानों के आश्रितों को सरकार की ओर से दिए जाने वाले सभी लाभ जल्द दिलाना सुनिश्चित करें. नक्सल प्रभावित इलाकों में पुलिस कैंप की वजह से लोगों को किसी तरह की परेशानी नहीं हो, इसका पूरा ख्याल रखें. इलाकों में गश्ती व्यवस्था को अधिक से अधिक सुदृढ़ करें. इसकी निरंतर निगरानी करते रहें.

तस्करों के खिलाफ अभियान चलाकर करें कार्रवाई
सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने कहा कि पंजाब-हरियाणा से शराब की खेप आने और अवैध शराब की बिक्री से सरकार को राजस्व का नुकसान हो रहा है. अवैध शराब की बिक्री को नियंत्रित करने के लिए सभी समुचित कदम उठाएं. राज्य के कई शहरों में स्कूल-कॉलेज के आसपास ड्रग्स की अवैध बिक्री के मामले लगातार सामने आ रहे हैं. ऐसे में अवैध मादक पदार्थों और उसकी तस्करी करने वालों के खिलाफ अभियान चलाकर कड़ी कार्रवाई करें.

अवैध माइनिंग पर रोक लगाएं अधिकारी
झारखंड के सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने अफसरों से कहा कि अवैध माइनिंग की घटनाओं से झारखंड की छवि खराब होती है. अवैध माइनिंग पर हर हाल में रोक लगाएं. बिना चालान के माइनिंग की ढुलाई करने वाले वाहन मालिकों पर कानूनी कार्रवाई करें. जहां लीज दें वहीं खनन हो. इसे सुनिश्चित करें. आवंटित भूमि के अलावा अन्य आस-पास की भूमि पर खनन कार्य नहीं चलना चाहिए. अगर ऐसा होता है तो जांच कर खनन कंपनियों पर कार्रवाई करें.

बालू घाटों की संख्या बढ़ाएं और अ‍वैध बालू उठाव पर लगाएं रोक
मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने कहा कि सभी जिलों के उपायुक्त पंचायत वाले बालू घाटों को चिन्हित कर उनकी संख्या बढ़ाएं. बालू की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित रखने के लिए पहल करें. अवैध बालू उठाव पर हाल में नियंत्रित करें.

Take action by running a campaign against smugglers
CM Champai Soren said that the government is losing revenue due to the arrival of liquor consignments from Punjab-Haryana and sale of illegal liquor. Take all appropriate steps to control the sale of illicit liquor. Cases of illegal sale of drugs are continuously coming to light around schools and colleges in many cities of the state. In such a situation, take strict action by running a campaign against illegal drugs and those who smuggle them.

Officials should stop illegal mining
