अंतुसाई टोला बेल्डीह में पेयजल के लिए त्राहिमाम ग्रामीण।।प्यास बुझाने के लिए एक किलोमीटर दूर कुंआ ही एकमात्र सहारा।
पिछले वर्ष हुए ओलावृष्टि ने सब कुछ उजाड़ कर रख दिया।दुर्लभ जिंदगी जीने को मजबूर ग्रामीण।
जिले के राजनगर प्रखंड के तुमुंग पंचायत अंतर्गत अंतुसाई टोला बेल्डीह के ग्रामीण दुर्लभ जिंदगी जीने को मजबूर है।इन दिनों बेल्डीह गांव पेयजल संकट से त्राहिमाम त्राहिमाम हो रहा है।लगभग 70 से 80 परिवार पेयजल संकट झेल रहा है।हालांकि पंचायत कोष से एक गाँव मे एक सोलर मीनार लगा हुआ है।लेकिन वह भी पिछले वर्ष आये ओलावृष्टि के कारण जहां गाँव में सभी के झोपड़ी,मकान छतिग्रस्त हुए थे।वहीं ओलावृष्टी ने मकानों के छत के साथ साथ सोलर मीनार का सोलर प्लेट भी टूट गया था।तब से लेकर आज तक सोलर मीनार कुतुब मीनार बना हुआ है।केवल शोभा की वस्तु।वहीं गांव से लगभग 1 किलोमीटर दूर तुमुंग पहाड़ के नीचे एक कुएँ से पानी लाना पड़ रहा है।जाने के लिए रास्ता भी नही है।खेतो और पगडंडियों पर चल कर पानी लाते है।आस पास के तालाब भी सुख चुके है।इसलिए कुएँ में भी पानी लेने के लिए लंबी लाईन लगी रही है।
दिनांक 25 फरवरी 2022 को गाँव मे बड़ी आफत यानी ओलावृष्टि हुई थी।जिसमे पूरा गाँव को झिंजोड कर रख दिया था। इसकी सूचना मिलते ही स्थानीय विधायक सह मंत्री चम्पई सोरेन भी गांव पहुँचे थे।साथ मे आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के पदाधिकारी भी पहुँचे थे।मंत्री ने पदाधिकारियों से जल्द से जल्द पीड़ित परिवार को मुवाबजा मुहैया कराने को निर्देशित किया था ।उस वक्त सभी सरकारी मुलाजिमों ने अपनी हामी भर दी थी।परंतु उसके बाद आज तक ग्रामीण मुवाबजे की राह तक रहे है। ना मुवाबजा राशि मिली, ना ही पेयजल संकट दूर हुआ।
ग्रामीणों के मुताबिक पेयजल के लिए सोलर मिनार मरमती कराने के लिए पंचायत के मुखिया को भी जानकारी दी गई थी।परंतु इस पर अब तक कोई पहल नही की गई।
वहीं ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि ओलावृष्टि में नुकसान का मुवाबजे के लिए आवेदन भी भरा गया था।कई बार इसके बारे अंचलाधिकारी के समक्ष भी गुहार लगाई।परन्तु केवल आस्वाशन ही मिला।मुवाबजा नही।ऐसे में ग्रामीण काफी मुसीबत में है।

The hailstorm broke the roof of the house as well as the solar plate of the solar tower. Since then Till date the Solar Minar has become Qutub Minar. Only an object of beauty. Water has to be brought from a well under the Tumung mountain, about 1 kilometer away from the village. There is no way to go either. Walking on the fields and trails They bring water. The nearby ponds have also dried up. That’s why there is a long line in the well to get water.
On February 25, 2022, there was a big disaster i.e. hailstorm in the village. As soon as the information was received, the local MLA cum Minister Champai Soren also reached the village. Along with the officials of the Disaster Management Department, the minister directed the officials to provide compensation to the victim’s family as soon as possible. At that time all the government employees We had given our consent. But after that till date the villagers have remained in the way of compensation. Neither the compensation amount was received, nor the drinking water crisis was resolved.
According to the villagers, information was also given to the head of the panchayat to get the solar tower repaired for drinking water. But no initiative has been taken so far.
On the other hand, the villagers said that an application was also filled for compensation for the damage caused by the hailstorm. Many times they pleaded with the Zonal Officer about it. But only assurance was received.
