प्राथमिक विद्यालय प्राँगण में “1-दिवसीय अल्प अवधि प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम” का आयोजन को किया गया।
राष्ट्रीय श्रमिक शिक्षा एवं विकास बोर्ड (श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय,भारत सरकार) क्षेत्रीय निदेशालय -जमशेदपुर के तत्वावधान में सरायकेला प्रखंड के अन्तर्गत गुराडीह के नव प्राथमिक विद्यालय प्राँगण में “1-दिवसीय अल्प अवधि प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम” का आयोजन 09।05।23 को किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का उदघाटन बोर्ड के वरिष्ठ शिक्षा पदाधिकारी श्री राज किशोर गोप ने किया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में नारी सशक्तिकरण की वर्तमान प्रासंगिकता पर चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि जब तक समाज में महिलाएं शिक्षित एवं जागरूक नहीं होंगी तब तक हम विकासशील समाज की कल्पना को साकार नहीं कर पाएँगे।
श्री गोप ने आगे कहा कि भारत सरकार द्वारा 26 अगस्त,2021 से क्रियान्वित ई-श्रम कार्ड का लाभ उठाने हेतु निबंधन कराने को कहा। उन्होंने चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि ग्रामीण श्रम शक्ति के मध्य जागरूकता की कमी के कारण सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे योजनाओं का लाभ से वंचित रह रहे हैं। ई-गवर्नेंस को देश में बढ़ावा देने के लिए तथा सभी प्रकार के सरकारी एवं गैर सरकारी कार्यों का निष्पादन ऑन लाईन माध्यम करने हेतु भारत सरकार ने डिजीटल इण्डिया कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की है। उन्होंने ग्रामीण श्रम शक्ति का आह्वान किया कि वे डिजिटल इंडिया से जुड़कर वितीय लेन-देन डिजीटल मॉड में करने का सुझाव दिया ताकि प्रधानमंत्री के सपनों का भारत बनाया जा सके। इन्हीं उद्देश्यों कि पूर्ति एवं देश में ज्ञानवान श्रम शक्ति का निर्माण हेतु बोर्ड 1958 से संकल्पवद्ध है।
इस अवसर पर सांसद प्रतिनिधि वन एवं पर्यावरण तथा जलवायु परिवर्तन श्री अश्विनी सिंहदेव उपस्थित थे।
कार्यक्रम का संचालन बोर्ड के कार्यक्रम समन्वयक हेमसागर प्रधान ने किया । उन्होंने आयुष्मान भारत योजना,श्रम योगी मानधन योजना, झारखंड सरकार का बी0ओ0 सी0 कार्ड निबन्धन प्रक्रिया के बारे में प्रतिभागियों को बताया।
इस कार्यक्रम में 100 महिला एवं पुरुष श्रमिकों ने भाग लिया।
कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में विकास प्रमाणिक,कमलता महतो,सबिता देवी,कमला देवी, राजेश प्रधान आदि का विशेष योगदान रहा।
Under the auspices of the National Labor Education and Development Board (Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India), Regional Directorate – Jamshedpur, “1-day short term training program” was organized on 09.05.23 in the new primary school premises of Guradih under Seraikela block. to be done.
The program was inaugurated by the senior education officer of the board Mr. Raj Kishore Gop. In his address, while discussing the current relevance of women empowerment, he said that until women are not educated and aware in the society, we will not be able to realize the vision of a developing society.
Mr. Gop further said that the Government of India asked to register for availing the e-labour card implemented from August 26, 2021. Expressing concern, he said that due to lack of awareness among the rural labor force, they are being deprived of the benefits of the schemes run by the government. In order to promote e-governance in the country and to execute all kinds of government and non-government works online, the Government of India has started the Digital India program. He called upon the rural labor force to join Digital India and suggested to do financial transactions in digital mode so that the India of Prime Minister’s dreams could be made. Since 1958, the board is determined to fulfill these objectives and create a knowledgeable labor force in the country.
Member of Parliament Representative Forest and Environment and Climate Change Shri Ashwini Singhdev was present on this occasion.
The program was coordinated by Hemsagar Pradhan, the program coordinator of the board. He told the participants about Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana, Jharkhand Government’s B.O.C. card registration process.
100 women and men workers participated in this programme.
Vikas Pramanik, Kamalata Mahato, Sabita Devi, Kamla Devi, Rajesh Pradhan etc had special contribution in making the program successful.
