सरायकेला : ईचागढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के झाड़ुआ गांव में एक हाथी ने भवतारण महतो का खेत में लगे लौकी खेत में जमकर उत्पात मचाया।‌ घटना मंगलवार की अहले सुबह की बताया जा रहा है। खेत में लगे लौकी लत्तरों को तोड़ कर नष्ट कर दिया है। बताया जा रहा है कि उसी खेत में जमकर उत्पात मचाते हुए लौकीयों को अपना निवाला बनाया है। किसान भवतारण महतो का खेत में बने झोंपड़ी को भी तोड़ दिया गया है। सुबह ग्रामीणों द्वारा एकजुट होकर हाथी को लौकी खेत से निकाल कर जंगल की ओर भगा दिया। बताया जा रहा है कि हाथी बहुत ही उम्रदराज है। ठीक से चल भी नहीं पाता है। बताया हाथी बीमार भी है। उसे इलाज व निगरानी रखने का जरूरत है।
