सरायकेला जिले के चांडिल थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत NH-33 भदूडीह के पास बीते देर रात तकरीबन 2 बजे हुए सड़क दुर्घटना में चेचिश चालक की दुर्घटना के बाद गाड़ी में आग लगने के कारण मौके पर ही जलकर मौत हो गई.प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार बीते रात तकरीबन 2 बजे NH+33 भादुडीह के पास रांची से टाटा की ओर ट्रेलर गाड़ी जा रही थी.
रौंग साइड मे चेचिस खड़ा होने के चलते हुई दुर्घटना बताया जाता है कि NH-33 पर चेचिस का चालक टायर में हवा भरने के उद्देश्य से रॉन्ग साइड में गाड़ी लेकर गया था, जहां टायर दुकान के सामने ही चेचिस और ट्रेलर गाड़ी में जोरदार टक्कर हुई.
जबकि चेचिस गाड़ी टाटा से रांची की तरफ जा रही थी. इस बीच दोनों गाड़ी की आमने-सामने जोरदार टक्कर हो गई. टक्कर होने के बाद चेचिस गाड़ी धू-धू के जल उठा, बाद में ट्रेलर भी आग चपेट में आ गया. इस घटना में चेचिस का चालक मौके पर ही बुरी तरह जल गया.जबकि ट्रेलर का चालक भी आग की चपेट में आकर घायल हो गया. देर रात हुए इस दुर्घटना के कारण चेचिस चालक को बचाया नहीं जा सका. काफी समय बीतने के बाद ग्रामीणों द्वारा चांडिल पुलिस को दुर्घटना की जानकारी दी. जिसके बाद मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस द्वारा घायल ट्रेलर चालक को इलाज के लिए एमजीएम अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है. फिलहाल मृत चेचिस गाड़ी के चालक और घायल ट्रेलर चालक की पहचान नहीं हो सकी है. पुलिस इनके पहचान में जुट गई है.

In this incident, the driver of Chechis was badly burnt on the spot, while the driver of the trailer also got injured in the fire. The Chechis driver could not be saved due to the accident which happened late at night. After a long time, the villagers informed the Chandil police about the accident. After which the injured trailer driver has been admitted to MGM Hospital for treatment by the police who reached the spot. At present, the driver of the deceased Chechis vehicle and the injured trailer driver have not been identified. Police has started identifying them.
