नियमित इलाज के बाद दो दिन पहले उन्हें घर लाया गया था। दिल का दौरा पड़ने से उनका उनके आवास पर ही निधन हो गया। रवींद्र बेर्डे के परिवार में पत्नी, दो बच्चे, बहू और पोते-पोतियां हैं।
प्रसिद्ध मराठी अभिनेता लक्ष्मीकांत बेर्डे उनके छोटे भाई हैं। लक्ष्मीकांत और रवींद्र बेर्डे ने कई फिल्मों में एक साथ काम भी किया है। रवींद्र बेर्डे ने अपने फिल्मी करियर में 300 से ज्यादा मराठी फिल्मों में काम किया। वह थियेटर से भी जुड़े रहे।दिग्गज अभिनेता रवींद्र बेर्डे के निधन से पूरे मनोरंजन जगत में शोक छा गया है।
