खरसावां पंचायत सचिवालय में तेजस्विनी परियोजना अंतर्गत राज्य स्तरीय वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से तेजस्विनी अध्ययन केंद्र में अनौपचारिक शिक्षा में जुड़े किशोरियों से उनकी शिक्षा के बारे पूछताछ कर जायजा लिया गया, साथ किशोरियों से उनकी 10, वो कक्षा की परीक्षा में शामिल होने पर बल दिया गया जिसमें राज्य स्तरीय टीम द्वारा बताया गया कि किशोरियों की पढ़ाई करने के लिए हर संभव आर्थिक सहायता कॉपी किताब अध्ययन केंद्र से अपने आवास तक आने-जाने का भता दुरी के अनुसार दिया जा रहा है अनौपचारिक शिक्षा से जुडी़ किशोरियों को 10 हजार रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि तीन किसत नामांकन के उपरांत 15 शो रुपए दूसरी 3 से 4 माह के बीच 2500 रुपया और तीसरी परीक्षा में पास होने के बाद प्रमाण पत्र मिलने पर ₹6000 रुपए दी जाएगी शिक्षा से ही हमारे समाज में महिलाओं का सशक्तिकरण उनका उत्थान संभव है उनके लिए तेजस्विनी परियोजना वरदान साबित हुई जिसके माध्यम से किशोरियों की लिए पठन-पाठन का कार्य किया जा रहा है इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से तेजस्विनी परियोजना के प्रभारी प्रखंड समन्वयक ओम प्रकाश राम, रंजू मंडल, बबलू हेंब्रोम, दिनेश कुंभ कार, पिंकी, शोभा डे, लक्ष्मी , दयामती प्रधान, युवा उठीरक, पिंकी महतो यशीमती महती, संगीता , राजकुमारी उपस्थित थे
