नयी दिल्ली : ट्विटर पर एक वीडियो वायरल हो रहा है लड़कियों का एक ग्रुप ट्रेन में गांजा और सिगरेट पीता हुआ नजर आ रहा है. उनके साथ यात्रा करने वाले एक पैसेंजर ने चुपके से यह वीडियो बनाया और शेयर कर दिया. उन्‍होंने ही दावा किया कि वह गांजा पी रही थीं.
सार्वजन‍िक जगहों पर धूम्रपान करना एक दंडनीय अपराध है. आप ट्रेन या बस में यात्रा कर रहे हों तब भी. ट्रेनों में या रेलवे स्‍टेशन पर‍िसर में तो धूम्रपान करना और भी आपत्‍त‍िजनक है. लोगों को चेतावनी दी जाती है. चालान काटा जाता है. इसके बावजूद यह सिलसिला थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है; कई बार ऐसा वाकया सामने आता है, जिसे देखकर लगता है कि कोई खुलेआम ऐसा कैसे कर सकता है? ट्विटर पर एक वीडियो शेयर हो रहा है जिसमें कुछ गंजेड़ी लड़कियां ट्रेन के अंदर सुट्टा पीती हुई नजर आ रही हैं. एक यात्री ने चुपके से इसका वीडियो बना लिया और शेयर कर दिया. जान‍िए फ‍िर क्‍या हुआ.
परमानंद कुमार साव नाम के यूजर ने अपने एकाउंट @Parmana93518260 से यह वीडियो शेयर किया. वह खुद ट्रेन में सफर कर रहे थे. वीडियो को रेल मंत्री अश्व‍िनी वैष्‍णव को टैग करते हुए उन्‍होंने लिखा, इन लड़कियों ने रात भर ट्रेन के अंदर ‘गांजा’ और सिगरेट पी. ये लोग आसनसोल में टाटा कटिहार ट्रेन में चढ़ी थीं. यह घटना टाटानगर-कटिहार एक्सप्रेस में हुई. वीडियो में आप देख सकते हैं कि एक लड़की बोगी के शौचालय के पास खड़ी होकर सिगरेट पीती नजर आ रही है. हालांकि, हम इसकी पुष्टि नहीं करते कि वह सिगरेट या गांजा ही पी रही थी.

जान के दुश्मन बन गए लोग
वीडियो को एक दिन पहले शेयर किया गया था. तब से अब तक करीब 16 हजार बार इसे देखा जा चुका है. पोस्ट पर यूजर्स की मिली-जुली प्रतिक्रियाएं आ रही हैं. कुछ लोगों ने परमानंद पर ही निशाना साधा और लिखा-इस इलाके में ऐसी घटनाएं अक्‍सर होती रहती हैं. कोई नई बात नहीं है. कुछ लोगों ने हास्‍यास्‍पद टिप्‍पण‍ियां भी कीं. हैरानी की बात है कि लोग परमानंद को भला बुरा कहने लगे हैं. उन्‍हें तरह तरह की गालियां दी जा रही हैं. वह बार-बार समझाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि ट्रेन में स्‍मोकिंग करना अपराध है फ‍िर भी लोग उन्‍हें उल्‍टी सीधी बातें कह रहे हैं. लोग इसे उनकी प्राइवेसी का उल्‍लंघन बता रहे हैं.

Tagging the video to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, he wrote, “These girls smoked ‘ganja’ and cigarettes inside the train all night. These people boarded the Tata Katihar train in Asansol. This incident happened in Tatanagar-Katihar Express. In the video, you can see that a girl is seen standing near the bogie’s toilet and smoking. Railway asked for details
As soon as the video was shared, the Railways responded and requested Parmanand to share the details of the journey.
