*भारत सरकार का बड़ा फैसला, कनाडा के नागरिक इंडिया नहीं आ सकेंगे, वीजा सेवाएं की निलंबित*

भारत और कनाडा के खराब होते रिश्तों के बीच गुरुवार को भारत की तरफ से एक और कड़ा कदम उठाया गया है. इसके तहत भारत ने कनाडा के लिए वीजा सेवाओं को सस्पेंड किया है. कनाडा से भारत आने वाले कनाडा नागरिकों के लिए वीजा सेवाएं निलंबित की गई हैं. बीएलएस इंटरनेशनल वेबसाइट के हवाले से यह खबर सामने आ रही है. वेबसाइट पर बाकायदा इसका नोटिस भी लगाया गया है.
जानकारी के अनुसार, आज से कनाडा से भारत के लिए वीजा सेवाओं को सस्पेंड किया गया है. अगले आदेश तक के लिए सेवाएं सस्पेंड की गई हैं. इसके तहत जो कनाडा से वीजा लेकर भारत आना चाहते हैं, उनके लिए वीजा सेवाएं निलंबित की गई हैं.
नोटिस में लिखा गया है कि “भारतीय मिशन से महत्वपूर्ण सूचना: परिचालन कारणों से, 21 सितंबर 2023 (गुरुवार) से, भारतीय वीज़ा सेवाओं को अगली सूचना तक निलंबित कर दिया गया है.”
उल्लेखनीय है कि कनाडा में बढ़ती भारत विरोधी गतिविधियों और राजनीतिक रूप से समर्थित घृणा अपराधों और आपराधिक हिंसा को देखते हुए भारत ने बुधवार को ही अपने नागरिकों और वहां की यात्रा पर विचार कर रहे अपने नागरिकों को “अत्यधिक सावधानी” बरतने का परामर्श जारी की थी.
जून में खालिस्तानी अलगाववादी नेता हरदीप सिंह निज्जर की हत्या में भारतीय एजेंटों की “संभावित” संलिप्तता के कनाडाई प्रधानमंत्री जस्टिन ट्रूडो के आरोपों के बाद दोनों देशों के बीच राजनयिक संबंधों में गिरावट के बीच विदेश मंत्रालय (एमईए) की तरफ से यह परामर्श आया
भारत ने मंगलवार को आरोपों को “बेतुका” और “प्रेरित” कहकर खारिज कर दिया और इस मामले में कनाडा द्वारा एक भारतीय अधिकारी को निष्कासित करने के बदले में एक वरिष्ठ कनाडाई राजनयिक को निष्कासित कर दिया था. परामर्श में विदेश मंत्रालय ने कनाडा में भारतीय छात्रों से अत्यधिक सावधानी बरतने और सतर्क रहने को कहा था. यह भी पता चला है कि भारत इस मुद्दे पर पश्चिम में अपने कई रणनीतिक साझेदारों के साथ संपर्क में है.
दरअसल, उत्तरी अमेरिकी देश में खालिस्तानी समर्थक तत्वों की बढ़ती गतिविधियों के मद्देनजर पिछले कुछ महीनों से भारत-कनाडा संबंधों में तनाव दिखा है. भारत का मानना है कि ट्रूडो सरकार उसकी वास्तविक चिंताओं का समाधान नहीं कर रही है.

It is noteworthy that in view of the increasing anti-India activities and politically supported hate crimes and criminal violence in Canada, India on Wednesday itself had issued an advisory to its citizens and those considering traveling there to exercise “extreme caution”. .
The advisory from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) came amid a thaw in diplomatic relations between the two countries following Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s allegations of “possible” involvement of Indian agents in the killing of Khalistani separatist leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar in June.
India on Tuesday dismissed the allegations as “absurd” and “motivated” and expelled a senior Canadian diplomat in retaliation for Canada expelling an Indian official over the case. In the advisory, the Ministry of External Affairs had asked Indian students in Canada to exercise extreme caution and remain alert. It is also learned that India is in touch with many of its strategic partners in the West on this issue.
In fact, in view of the increasing activities of pro-Khalistani elements in the North American country, there has been tension in India-Canada relations for the last few months. India believes that the Trudeau government is not addressing its real concerns.
