बिहार: सहरसा में स्कूल जाते समय शिक्षक की गोली मारकर हत्या, सीमा विवाद में उलझी पुलिस एक घंटे बाद पहुंची
बिहार के सहरसा में एक शिक्षक की हत्या गोली मारकर कर दी गयी. पुलिस सीमा विवाद में ही एक घंटे तक उलझी रही.
Bihar:सहरसा में एक शिक्षक की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गयी. सदर थाना एवं बनगांव थाना क्षेत्र की सीमा पर स्थित रहुआ नहर के समीप पूर्व से घात लगाए दो अज्ञात अपराधियों ने सहरसा से बरियाही जा रहे एक शिक्षक की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी. मृतक की पहचान बरियाही निवासी बालमुकुंद गुप्ता के बड़े पुत्र 48 वर्षीय सरोज गुप्ता के रूप में की गयी है. जो सहरसा में ही रहकर अध्यापन कार्य के लिए बरियाही रोज आया-जाया करते थे.
शिक्षक की गोली मारकर हत्या
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, शुक्रवार को भी शिक्षक सरोज गुप्ता रोज की तरह सुबह अपने विद्यालय के लिए बाइक से सहरसा से बरियाही जा रहे थे. जहां बनगांव थाना और सहरसा थाना क्षेत्र की सीमा वाले इलाके में पूर्व से ही घात लगाए दो अपराधियों ने दो गोली मारकर उनकी हत्या कर दी. शिक्षक ने मौके पर ही दम तोड़ दिया. घटना के बाद लोगों ने लूटपाट के उद्देश्य से गोली मारने की आशंका जाहिर की, लेकिन मृतक के पास रखे 45 हजार नगदी सहित मोबाइल और बाइक को अपराधियों ने छूआ तक नहीं है. जिससे अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि अज्ञात अपराधी सिर्फ हत्या की मकशद से ही पूर्व से घात लगाए हुए थे.
पुलिस सीमा विवाद में उलझी, एक घंटे बाद मौके पर पहुंची
थाना क्षेत्र के विवाद के कारण घटना के एक घंटा बाद सदर थाना पुलिस और बनगांव थाना की पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची. घटना लगभग सुबह 6 बजे होने के बाद राहगीरों द्वारा आसपास के लोगों को घटना होने की जानकारी दी गई. इसके बाद स्थानीय लोगों ने घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर घटना की सूचना सबसे पहले 112 नंबर पर दी. उसके बाद सदर थाना पुलिस और बनगांव थाना पुलिस को भी हत्या की सूचना दी गयी. लेकिन दोनों थाना की पुलिस सीमा विवाद में उलझी रही और ससमय घटनास्थल पर नहीं पहुंची. लगभग 1 घंटा बाद सदर थाना एवं बनगांव थाना की पुलिस घटनास्थल पर पहुंची.
डीएसपी भी मौके पर पहुंचे..
बनगांव थाना की पुलिस के द्वारा सदर थाना पुलिस का मामला बताते हुए शव को सदर थाना पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया. पुलिस मौके पर से बरामद दो गोली का खोखा भी साथ लेकर गई. सदर थाना पुलिस एवं बनगांव थाना पुलिस शव को सहरसा लेकर गयी. उसके बाद घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण करने डीएसपी आलोक कुमार पुलिस बल के साथ घटना स्थल पर पहुंचे व घटना होने की जगह का मुआयना किया.
विवादों में रहा है मृतक का परिवार
बरियाही निवासी बालमुकुंद गुप्ता के चार पुत्रों में तीन पुत्र घर पर ही रहते थे. मृतक सबसे बड़ा पुत्र सरोज गुप्ता था. जो सहरसा में ही अपने एक महिला मित्र के साथ रहता था. कहा जाता है कि उसने महिला मित्र से शादी भी कर ली थी. लेकिन उसके परिवार वाले इसको मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं थे. जिसके कारण वह सहरसा में ही रहकर अपने विद्यालय बरियाही आया जाया करते थे. पिछले वर्ष भी बालमुकुंद गुप्ता के छोटे पुत्र निरज कुमार को भी सहरसा से बरियाही जाने के दौरान देर शाम अज्ञात अपराधियों ने रिफ्यूजी काॅलनी के समीप गोली मार दी थी और उसकी हत्या कर दी थी. उसमें भी पारिवारिक जमीन विवाद को लेकर घटना होने की बात बताई जा रही थी.

The deceased has been identified as 48-year-old Saroj Gupta, elder son of Balmukund Gupta, resident of Bariahi. Who, while staying in Saharsa, used to come and go to Bariyahi daily for teaching work.
Teacher shot dead
According to the information received, on Friday too, teacher Saroj Gupta was going from Saharsa to Bariahi on bike to his school in the morning like usual. Where two criminals who had already ambushed him in the area bordering Bangaon police station and Saharsa police station shot him twice and killed him. The teacher died on the spot. After the incident, people expressed fear of being shot for the purpose of robbery, but the criminals did not even touch the mobile and bike along with Rs 45,000 cash kept with the deceased. From which it can be inferred that unknown criminals were already waiting for the sole purpose of murder.
Police got involved in border dispute, reached the spot after an hour
Due to dispute over police station area, Sadar police station and Bangaon police station reached the spot an hour after the incident. After the incident happened at around 6 in the morning, passersby informed the nearby people about the incident. After this, the local people reached the spot and first informed about the incident on number 112. After that, Sadar police station and Bangaon police station were also informed about the murder. But the police of both the police stations remained entangled in the border dispute and did not reach the spot on time. After about an hour, police from Sadar police station and Bangaon police station reached the spot.
DSP also reached the spot.
The police of Bangaon police station termed it as a case of Sadar police station and handed over the body to Sadar police station. The police also took with them two bullet casings recovered from the spot. Sadar police station and Bangaon police station took the body to Saharsa. After that, DSP Alok Kumar reached the spot along with the police force to inspect the spot and inspected the place where the incident took place.
The family of the deceased has been in controversies
Of the four sons of Balmukund Gupta, resident of Bariyahi, three sons lived at home. The deceased was the eldest son Saroj Gupta. Who lived in Saharsa with his female friend. It is said that he had also married his female friend. But his family members were not ready to accept it. Due to which he used to stay in Saharsa and go to his school Bariyahi. Last year too, Balmukund Gupta’s younger son Niraj Kumar was shot and killed by unknown criminals near the Refugee Colony late in the evening while going from Saharsa to Bariyahi. In that too, the incident was being said to be related to a family land dispute.
