मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने जातीय जनगणना कराने समेत कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए हैं। उनके अब तक के कार्यकाल के बारे में जानिए।
सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने अपने पांच माह के कार्यकाल में कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए हैं। इनमें जातीय जनगणना और 200 यूनिट तक बिजली माफ जैसी कई योजनाएं शामिल हैं।
रांची : हेमंत सोरेन के रिहा होने के बाद झारखंड की राजनीति में तेजी आई है। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री के जेल से बाहर आने के बाद बुधवार को सत्ताधारी दलों ने पहली बैठक बुलाई। इस बैठक के बाद अटकलें लगाई जा रही हैं कि हेमंत सोरेन को फिर से विधायक दल का नेता चुना जा सकता है। यदि ऐसा हुआ तो मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन को इस्तीफा देना होगा और हेमंत सोरेन फिर से मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। हालांकि, बैठक में शामिल होने से पहले जब इंडिया गठबंधन के विधायकों से इस मामले में सवाल किया गया, तो उन्होंने कहा कि बैठक के बाद ही इस पर कोई टिप्पणी की जा सकती है। फैसले चाहे जो भी हों, आज हम जानने की कोशिश करेंगे कि चंपाई सोरेन ने अपने पांच माह के कार्यकाल में कौन-कौन से बड़े फैसले लिए हैं।
जातिगत जनगणना
सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने झारखंड में भी बिहार की तरह जातिगत सर्वेक्षण के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले इस फैसले को एक मास्टर स्ट्रोक माना जा रहा है। हालांकि हेमंत सोरेन ने जेल जाने से पहले ही इस पर सहमति दे दी थी। लेकिन कैबिनेट की बैठक में इस पर अंतिम फैसला नहीं लिया जा सका था।
200 यूनिट तक बिजली माफ
झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने हाल ही में बिजली बिल माफी के मामले में एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसला लिया है। उन्होंने हर महीने 200 यूनिट तक की बिजली को मुफ्त करने की घोषणा की है। कुछ दिन पहले कैबिनेट ने इस प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस निर्णय से अगस्त माह के बिजली बिल में इसका प्रभाव देखने को मिलेगा। सरकार के इस निर्णय से 41,44,634 उपभोक्ताओं को इसका लाभ मिलेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री अबुआ स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना लागू
मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने आयुष्मान भारत योजना से वंचित लाभुकों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अबुआ स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना की शुरुआत की. इससे तकरबीन 33 लाख लोग लाभान्वित होंगे. हालांकि इसका लाभ उन्हीं लोगों को मिलेगा जो राशनकार्डधारी हैं. स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने इस संबंध में संकल्प पत्र जारी कर दिया है.
मुख्यमंत्री बहन बेटी मई-कुई प्रोत्साहन योजना
सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने मुख्यमंत्री बहन बेटी मई-कुई प्रोत्साहन योजना की शुरुआत की. इसके तहत 21 से 50 वर्ष की महिलाओं के बैंक खाते में एक हजार रुपये की सहायता राशि हस्तांतरित की जाएगी. इसे भी कैबिनेट से हरी झंडी मिल चुकी है.
मुख्यमंत्री अस्पताल संचालन योजना
सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने हाल ही में मुख्यमंत्री अस्पताल संचालन योजना के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है. इसके तहत सदर अस्पताल को 75 लाख रुपये, अनुमंडल अस्पताल को 50 लाख, रेफरल अस्पताल को 10 लाख, प्राथमिक उपचार केंद्र को 5 लाख और स्वास्थय केंद्र को 2 लाख रुपये सालाना दिए जाएंगें.
अबुआ आवास योजना
सीएम चंपाई सोरेन ने कुछ माह पहले अबुआ आवास योजना की शुरुआत की. इसके तहत साढ़े 4 लाख लाभुकों को तीन कमरे का आवास दिया जाएगा. इनमें से कई लोगों को दूसरी किस्त की राशि दी जा चुकी है. हालांकि इस स्कीम की मंजूरी हेमंत सोरेन ने अपने कार्यकाल में दी थी.

Electricity waiver up to 200 units
Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren has recently taken an important decision regarding electricity bill waiver. He has announced to provide free electricity up to 200 units every month. A few days ago the cabinet approved this proposal. The impact of this decision will be visible in the electricity bill for the month of August. 41,44,634 consumers will benefit from this decision of the government.
hief Minister Hospital Operation Plan
CM Champai Soren has recently approved the proposal of Chief Minister Hospital Operation Scheme. Under this, Rs 75 lakh will be given annually to Sadar Hospital, Rs 50 lakh to Sub-Divisional Hospital, Rs 10 lakh to Referral Hospital, Rs 5 lakh to Primary Aid Center and Rs 2 lakh to Health Centre.
Abua Housing Scheme
CM Champai Soren started the Abua Housing Scheme a few months ago. Under this, 4.5 lakh beneficiaries will be given three room houses. The amount of the second installment has been given to many of these people. However, this scheme was approved by Hemant Soren during his tenure.
