छात्रों को कॉलेज ने नहीं दिया एडमिट कार्ड, 14 मार्च से होनी है इंटर की परीक्षा, HC पहुंचा मामला

रांची:झारखंड में इंटर की परीक्षा 14 मार्च से शुरू होनी है. इंटर की परीक्षा से पूर्व एडमिट कार्ड नहीं दिये जाने का मामला झारखंड हाईकोर्ट पहुंचा है. मांडर इंटर कॉलेज के 6 छात्र- छात्राओं ने झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में रिट याचिका दाखिल की है
याचिका में कहा गया है कि कॉलेज प्रबंधन के द्वारा छात्रों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है. प्रार्थी छात्रों के अधिवक्ता सूरज किशोर प्रसाद के मुताबिक मांडर इंटर कॉलेज ने फीस लेने और सभी कागजी प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के बाद भी छात्रों को एडमिट कार्ड नहीं दिया. जिसके कारण उन्हें यह चिंता है कि सभी छात्र इंटर की परीक्षा देने से वंचित रह जाएंगे. इस संबंध में हिमा देवी एवं अन्य ने झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर कोर्ट से यह आग्रह किया है कि इस मामले की जल्द से जल्द सुनवाई की जाये

It has been said in the petition that the future of the students is being played with by the college management. According to Suraj Kishore Prasad, advocate of the applicant students, Mandar Inter College did not give admit cards to the students even after collecting the fees and completing all the paperwork. Due to which they are worried that all the students will be deprived of taking the Inter exam. In this regard, Hima Devi and others have filed a petition in the Jharkhand High Court, urging the court to hear the matter as soon as possible.
