स्कूलों में मिड डे मील पहुंचाने के लिए नहीं मिल रहे ठेकेदार, जानें क्या है वजह

रांची: स्कूलों में मिड डे मील पहुंचाने के लिए ठेकेदार नहीं मिल रहे है, जिससे अब बच्चों के खाने पर आफत आने वाली है। बता दें कि रांची जिले के 2128 सरकारी स्कूलों के बच्चों को मिड डे मील नहीं मिल पाने का संकट आ गया है। मामले को लेकर बताया गया कि इन स्कूलों में गोदाम से खाद्यान्न पहुंचाने के लिए जनवरी माह में ही जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक कार्यालय से टेंडर निकाला गया था। वहीं बीते 16 जनवरी तक टेंडर भरने की अंतिम तिथि थी, लेकिन किसी निविदादाता ने टेंडर भरा ही नहीं, जिस कारण अंतिम तिथि को आगे बढ़ा दिया गया।

वहीं ठेकेदार नहीं मिलने के कारण अब फिर से नया टेंडर निकाला गया है। जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक कार्यालय से जारी नोटिस के अनुसार टेंडर एप्लीकेशन 15 मार्च तक डाला जा सकता है। इसके बाद 16 मार्च को डीडीसी ऑफिस में गठित निविदा समिति के समक्ष निविदा खोली जाएगी। संभावना जताई जा रही है कि नया ठेकेदार मिलने के बाद यह समस्या दूर हो सकती है, लेकिन इस बार भी ठेकेदार नहीं मिलने से एक बड़ी परेशानी खड़ी हो सकती है।

जानें टेंडर एप्लीकेशन भरने की शर्ते

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक कार्यालय से जारी नोटिस के अनुसार रांची जिला प्रशासन ने टेंडर एप्लीकेशन डालने के लिए शर्तें निर्धारित की है। इसके अंतर्गत टेंडर भरने वालों को इस क्षेत्र में कम से कम 1 साल का कार्य अनुभव जरूरी है। साथ ही ट्रैक्टर टेलर, अनाज की ट्रांसपोर्टिंग पिकअप वैन, मिनी ट्रक, भार वाहन के माध्यम से करना होगा। वहीं मिड डे मील के अनाज को महीने के 15 तारीख तक स्कूलों में पहुंचाना अनिवार्य होगा और किसी भी परिस्थिति में बैकलॉग की समस्या उत्पन्न नहीं होनी चाहिए। वहीं समय पर अनाज का उठाव और वितरण नहीं करने से ठेकेदार के लाइसेंस को ब्लैक लिस्टेड करने की बात कही गई है।

इन प्रखंड के स्कूलों में पहुंचाना है खाद्यान्न

बता दें कि पूरे जिले को 6 जोन में बांटकर अनाज पहुंचाने का कार्य किया जाएगा। इसके तहत ओरमांझी के 120 स्कूलों कांके 133 स्कूलों, रातू 51 स्कूलों, नगड़ी 53 स्कूलों, सिल्ली 113 स्कूलों, बेड़ो 84 स्कूलों, इटकी 94 स्कूलों चान्हो 98 स्कूलों, मांडर 80 स्कूलों, नामकुम 153 स्कूलों, अनगड़ा 188 स्कूलों, लापुंग 112 स्कूलों, बुंडू 100 स्कूलों, तमाड़ 210 स्कूलों, बुढ़मू 130 स्कूलों, खलारी 50 स्कूलों, राहे 86 स्कूलों, सोनाहातू 101 स्कूल शामिल है।

At the same time, due to non-availability of a contractor, a new tender has now been floated. According to the notice issued from the District Superintendent of Education, the tender application can be submitted till March 15. After this, the tender will be opened before the tender committee constituted in DDC office on March 16. There is a possibility that after getting a new contractor, this problem can be solved, but this time too, a big problem can arise due to non-availability of a contractor.
Know the conditions for filling the tender application
According to the notice issued from the District Superintendent of Education, the Ranchi District Administration has set the conditions for submitting the tender application. Under this, the tenderers must have at least 1 year of work experience in this field. Along with this, transportation of grains will have to be done through tractor tailer, pickup van, mini truck, heavy vehicle. On the other hand, it will be mandatory to deliver mid-day meal grains to the schools by the 15th of the month and under no circumstances the problem of backlog should arise. At the same time, it has been said that the license of the contractor will be blacklisted for not lifting and distributing the food grains on time.
