पांच इनामी नक्सलियों के मारे जाने के विरोध में भाकपा माओवादी संगठन ने दो दिवसीय बिहार-झारखण्ड बंद बुलाया
राँची। झारखण्ड के चतरा जिले में पांच इनामी नक्सलियों के मुठभेड़ में मारे जाने के विरोध में भाकपा माओवादी संगठन ने दो दिवसीय बिहार झारखण्ड बंद का आह्वान किया है। पूर्वी बिहार पूर्वोत्तर झारखण्ड स्पेशल एरिया कमेटी भारत की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (माओवादी) के प्रवक्ता ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर 20 अप्रैल और 21 अप्रैल 2023 को 48 घंटे का बिहार-झारखण्ड का घोषणा किया है।जारी किया गया प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में भाकपा माओवादी ने कहा है कि 3 अप्रैल 2023 को झारखण्ड राज्य के पलामू चतरा बोर्डर क्षेत्र के लावालौंग थाना अन्तर्गत गरहे जंगल में हमारे पांच साथियों की निर्ममतापूर्वक हत्या कर दी।इस तरह से की गयी कायरतापूर्ण ढंग से हत्या का हमारी पार्टी कड़ी निंदा व भर्त्सना करती है।हमारे नेतृत्वकारी साथियों की शहादत होने से बिहार-झारखण्ड की क्रांतिकारी आन्दोलन को बहुत बड़ा झटका लगा है। हमारे इन पांच साथियों की शहादत होना पार्टी के लिए अपूर्णीय क्षति हुई है इसे तुरंत भरपाई कर पाना असंभव है। शोषित-उत्पीड़ित व मेहनतकश जनता के लिए अपनी प्राणों को आहूति देने वाले सभी वीर शहीदों की हम शिश झुकाकर नमन करते हैं।तथा उनके अधूरे कार्यों को साकार करने का संकल्प लेते हैं। हम उनके शौक संतप्त परिजनों के दुःख की घड़ी में हर समय उनके साथ खड़े रहेंगे।
बिहार-झारखण्ड में भी माओवादी पार्टी को पूरी तरह सफाया करने की है योजना
जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि सभी को मालुम है कि हमारी पार्टी भारत की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (माओवादी) के नेतृत्व में क्रांतिकारी वर्ग संघर्ष जारी है. इसे ध्वस्त करने के बुरे इरादे से केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार के नेतृत्व में देश की अन्य जगहों की भांति बिहार-झारखण्ड राज्य में भी माओवादी पार्टी को पूरी तरह सफाया कर डालने के लिए अर्द्ध सैनिक बलों को काफी संख्या में उतारा गया है।कोबरा, सीआरपीएफ, झारखण्ड जगुआर, बीएसएफ, आईटीबीपी, एसएसबी, आईआरबी, एसटीएफ जैसे कमांडो बलों को लगाया गया है। पूरे झारखण्ड के देहाती क्षेत्रों को ही पुलिस छावनी में तब्दील कर दिया गया है। हर 4-5 किलो मीटर पर अर्द्ध सैनिक बलों का कैम्प डाल कर प्रति दिन जनता पर जुल्म ढाया जा रहा है। जनता की रहनुमई पार्टी भाकपा (माओवादी) के नेताओं व कार्यकर्त्ताओं को पकड़कर झूठे मुठभेड़ों में उनकी हत्या की जा रही है, पकड़कर यातनाएं दी जाती है. लम्बे दिनों तक जेलों में बन्दी बनाये हुए रखते है और यातनाएं दी जाती है तथा झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाकर जनता को जेल भेजना आम बात हो गई है।
बंद को सफल बनाने की अपील
जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है पूर्वी बिहार पूर्वोत्तर झारखण्ड स्पेशल एरिया कमेटी भारत को कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (माओवादी) मजदूर किसान, प्रगतिशील बुद्धिजीवियों, छात्रों, नौजवानों, कलाकारों पत्रकारों, जनवाद प्रेमियों, न्याय पसंद लोगों से अपील करती है कि पलामू चतरा बोर्डर के गरहे नौडीहा जंगल में अर्द्ध सैनिक बलों द्वारा झूठे मुठभेड़ में हमारे पांच साथियों की की गई निर्ममता पूर्वक हत्या को कड़ी निंदा व तीव्र भत्सना करती है. हम इस झूठे मुठभेड़ों के विरूद्ध दिनांक 20-21 अप्रैल 2023 को 48 घंटे का बिहार-झारखण्ड बंद का घोषणा करते हैं.आप से निवेदन है कि बिहार-झारखण्ड बन्द को सफल बनाए।दुध, पानी, पेपर अस्पातल एम्बुलेश आदि जरूरी वस्तुए बंद से मुक्त रहेगा।
Ranchi. The CPI Maoist organization has called for a two-day Bihar Jharkhand bandh in protest against the killing of five Naxalites with prize money in an encounter in Chatra district of Jharkhand. Eastern Bihar North East Jharkhand Special Area Committee Spokesperson of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) has issued a press release announcing Bihar-Jharkhand for 48 hours on April 20 and April 21, 2023. In the issued press release, CPI Maoist has said That on April 3, 2023, five of our comrades were brutally murdered in Garhe forest under Lavalong police station of Palamu Chatra border area of Jharkhand state. Our party strongly condemns and condemns the murder done in such a cowardly manner. The revolutionary movement of Bihar-Jharkhand has suffered a major setback due to his martyrdom. The martyrdom of these five of our comrades has caused an irreparable loss to the party, it is impossible to make up for it immediately. We bow down to all the brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the exploited-oppressed and toiling masses and take a pledge to make their unfinished works come true. We will always stand by his bereaved family members in their hour of grief.
There is a plan to completely wipe out the Maoist party in Bihar-Jharkhand as well.
It has been said in the issued press release that everyone knows that the revolutionary class struggle is going on under the leadership of our party Communist Party of India (Maoist). With the evil intention of destroying it, a large number of paramilitary forces have been deployed under the leadership of the Central and State Governments to completely wipe out the Maoist party in the state of Bihar-Jharkhand like elsewhere in the country.Cobra, CRPF Commando forces like Jharkhand Jaguar, BSF, ITBP, SSB, IRB, STF have been deployed. Entire rural areas of Jharkhand have been converted into police cantonments. People are being oppressed every day by setting up camps of paramilitary forces at every 4-5 kms.
