*चेक बाउंस मामले में एक्ट्रेस अमीषा पटेल के गवाह का हुआ क्रॉस एग्जामिनेशन *

चेक बाउंस से जुड़े मामले में अभिनेत्री अमीषा पटेल के गवाह संख्या एक अजय कुमार सिंह उर्फ टिंकू सिंह का प्रति परीक्षण न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी डीएन शुक्ला की कोर्ट में मंगलवार को पूरा हुआ।
इससे पहले सोमवार को अमीषा पटेल पहले गवाह के प्रति परीक्षण के लिए कोर्ट से समय मांगी गई थी, जिस पर कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई मंगलवार को निर्धारित करते हुए अमीषा पटेल पर 1000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया था।
अमीषा पटेल पर धोखाधड़ी का मुकदमा दर्ज
अमीषा पटेल ने मंगलवार को जुर्माना की राशि जमा कराई। अब मामले में CRPC की धारा 313 के तहत अमीषा और उनके बिजनेस पार्टनर कुणाल ग्रूमर का जल्द ही बयान दर्ज हो सकता है।
शिकायतकर्ता अजय कुमार सिंह की ओर से अधिवक्ता विजयलक्ष्मी ने पैरवी की। इससे पूर्व भी कोर्ट ने अमीषा पटेल और उनके बिजनेस पार्टनर कुणाल ग्रूमर का बयान दर्ज कराने के लिए तिथि निर्धारित की थी लेकिन गवाह संख्या एक अजय कुमार सिंह उर्फ टिंकू सिंह की प्रति परीक्षण नहीं होने के कारण अमीषा पटेल की ओर से उसकी फिर से गवाही कराने का आग्रह किया था। कोर्ट की मंजूरी के बाद टिंकू सिंह का प्रति परीक्षण अमीषा पटेल के अधिवक्ता द्वारा किया गया।
