धनबाद का बैंक मोड़ थाना झारखंड में तो नंबर वन हुआ ही, देश का चौथा सर्वश्रेष्ठ थाना बन गया,जानिए कैसे हुआ चयन*

धनबाद : गोली, बंदूक से खिलौना की तरह खेलने वाले कोयलांचल का बैंक मोड़ थाना देश के 16000 थानों में चौथा स्थान प्राप्त किया है. यह सिर्फ कोयलांचल के लिए ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे झारखंड के लिए गर्व की बात कही जा सकती है. क्योंकि बैंक मोड़ को अब झारखंड का सर्वश्रेष्ठ थाना मान लिया गया है. भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय की ओर से पिछले साल कराए गए सर्वे में बैंक मोड़ थाना देश के थानों में चौथे स्थान पर रहा. इस रैंकिंग में ओडिशा का एक थाना पहले नंबर पर तथा बिहार का एक महिला थाना दूसरे नंबर पर आया.

गृह मंत्रालय ने प्रशस्ति पत्र भेजकर सम्मानित किया है

गृह मंत्रालय ने बैंक मोड़ थाने को प्रशस्ति पत्र भेजकर सम्मानित किया है. रैंकिंग निर्धारण के लिए गृह मंत्रालय ने एक एजेंसी हायर किया था. 28 अगस्त 2022 को एजेंसी का 2 सदस्य प्रतिनिधिमंडल बैंक मोड़ थाने का निरीक्षण किया था. उस दिन बैंक मोड़ थाने को दुल्हन की तरह सजाया गया था. रैंकिंग मिलने के बाद अब यह राज्य का सर्वश्रेष्ठ थाना हो गया है. केंद्र सरकार 2016 से ही हर साल देश के करीब 16000 थानों में से 10 सर्वश्रेष्ठ थानों की रैंकिंग जारी करती है. गृह मंत्रालय की इस रैंकिंग में थानों का चयन दो चरणों में होता है. सर्वश्रेष्ठ थानों के चयन के मापदंड में महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध, कमजोर वर्गों के खिलाफ क्राइम, आर्थिक अपराध, गुमशुदा व्यक्ति, अज्ञात व्यक्ति और अज्ञात मिले शव के मामलों के निष्पादन जैसे विषयों को शामिल किया जाता है.

निरीक्षण को आई टीम ने बैंकमोड़ थाने के इंतजाम की सराहना की थी

निरीक्षण को आई टीम ने बैंकमोड़ थाने के रिसेप्शन, स्वागत कक्ष, महिलाओं की शिकायत के लिए महिला अधिकारी की उपस्थिति ,दीवार पर भगोड़े के साथ-साथ हार्डकोर अपराधियों की लिस्ट की सराहना की थी. थाना में बच्चों के स्तनपान की सुविधा, सुसज्जित कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल, पार्क और फव्वारे ने भी रैकिंग दिलाने में अपनी अपनी भूमिका निभाई. देश के टॉप टेन थानों में ओडिशा का आस्का गंजाम थाना पहले नंबर पर रहा. बिहार का अरवल महिला थाना दूसरे स्थान पर आय उत्तराखंड का वनवास चंपावत थाना तीसरे नंबर पर झारखंड धनबाद का बैंक मोड़ थाना चौथे नंबर पर रहा. इसी प्रकार अंडमान का पहाड़ गांव साउथ थाना पांचवा स्थान पाया. मध्य प्रदेश का चोपना बेतुल थाना छठे स्थान पर गुजरात का वारसिया वडोदरा सातवें स्थान पर, छत्तीसगढ़ का भूपदेवपुर रायगढ़ आठवें स्थान पर, नागालैंड कोहिमा महिला थाना नौवें स्थान पर और राजस्थान हिन्दुमालकोट श्रीगंगानगर थाना को दसवें स्थान पर संतोष करना पड़ा.

Dhanbad: Koyalanchal’s Bank Mod police station, which plays like a toy with bullets and guns, has secured the fourth position among 16000 police stations in the country. This can be said to be a matter of pride not only for Koyalanchal but for the entire Jharkhand. Because Bank Mod has now been considered as the best police station in Jharkhand. In the survey conducted last year by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Bank Mod police station stood fourth among the police stations of the country. In this ranking, a police station of Odisha came on the first number and a women’s police station of Bihar came on the second number.

Ministry of Home Affairs has honored by sending a citation

The Ministry of Home Affairs has honored the Bank Mod police station by sending a citation. The Ministry of Home Affairs hired an agency to determine the ranking. On 28 August 2022, 2 member delegation of the agency had inspected the Bank Mod police station. On that day, Bank Mod police station was decorated like a bride. After getting the ranking, now it has become the best police station in the state. Every year since 2016, the Central Government releases the ranking of 10 best police stations out of about 16000 police stations in the country. In this ranking of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the police stations are selected in two phases. The criteria for selection of best police stations include topics such as crime against women, crime against weaker sections, economic crimes, execution of cases of missing person, unidentified person and unidentified dead body.

The team that came for the inspection had appreciated the arrangement of the Bankmod police station.

The inspection team appreciated the reception, reception room, presence of women officer for complaints of women, list of hardcore criminals along with fugitives on the wall. Breastfeeding facilities, well-equipped conference halls, parks and fountains in the police station also played their part in getting the ranking. Odisha’s Aska Ganjam police station stood first in the top ten police stations of the country. Bihar’s Arwal Women’s Police Station came second, Uttarakhand’s Vanvas Champawat Police Station was at number three, Jharkhand’s Dhanbad’s Bank Mod Police Station was at number four.
