फरियादी की शिकायत पर दो बच्चों का मानगो से कराया गया रेस्क्यू, बच्चों से मारपीट, स्कूल नहीं भेजने, घर में कैद कर रखने का आरोप
जिला दण्डाधिकारी-सह- उपायुक्त श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने कार्यालय कक्ष में आमजनों से मुलाकात कर उनकी समस्याओं को सहानुभूतिपूर्वक सुना तथा जांचोपरांत यथोचित कार्रवाई को लेकर आश्वस्त किया । कुछ मामले ऐसे भी थे जिसमें संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारी को मौके पर बुलाकर ऑन स्पॉट समाधान किया गया ।
गोविंदपुर की एक युवती ने अपने दो सौतेले छोटे भाई एवं बहन को उनकी मां द्वारा मानगो में कैद कर प्रताड़ित करने, मारपीट, खाना-पीना नहीं देने की शिकायत की गई । जिला दण्डाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त द्वारा मौके पर बच्चों से फोन के माध्यम से बात किया गया, उनका पक्ष सुना गया तथा उनके द्वारा पढ़ने की इच्छा जाहिर करने पर तत्काल टीम बनाकर रेस्क्यू किए जाने का निदेश जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, डीएसपी, मानगो थाना प्रभारी, जिला बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी को दिया गया । उन्होने कहा कि चूंकि बच्चे आगे नामांकित स्कूल के हॉस्टल में रहकर पढ़ने की इच्छा जाहिर कर रहे हैं ऐसे में सभी कानूनी कार्रवाई पूरी करते हुए स्कूल भेजना सुनिश्चित करें तत्पश्चात दोनों पक्षों से बात कर बच्चों के कस्टडी पर निर्णय लिया जाएगा ।
इस दौरान घाटशिला से आए एक फरियादी ने जमीन का फर्जी रजिस्ट्री कराने पर रोक लगाने, बिना राशन दिए ग्रामीणों से डीलर द्वारा ई पॉश मशीन में अंगूठा लगा लेने, सिविल कोर्ट से संबंधी मामले तथा अन्य जनसमस्याओं से जुड़े मामले फरियादियों ने जिला दण्डाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा जिसपर संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारी को जाचोंपरांत ससमय कार्रवाई का निदेश दिया गया।

A girl from Govindpur complained that her two younger step brothers and sister were imprisoned in Mango by their mother, tortured, beaten and not given food and drink. District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner spoke to the children on the spot through phone, their side was heard and after they expressed their desire to study, instructions were given to immediately form a team and rescue them. District Social Welfare Officer, DSP, Mango police station in-charge, District Given to the Child Protection Officer. He said that since the children are expressing their desire to study further by staying in the hostel of the nominated school, it should be ensured that they are sent to the school after completing all the legal proceedings and after that the decision on the custody of the children will be taken after talking to both the parties.
During this time, a complainant from Ghatshila lodged a complaint with the District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner regarding ban on fake registration of land, the villagers getting thumb inserted in the e-posh machine by the dealer without giving them ration, cases related to Civil Court and other public problems. Kept before, on which the concerned departmental officer was directed to take timely action after investigation.
