एकादशी में धूमधाम से दुर्गा पूजा एवं आगुनमाडा का आयोजन किया गया।

राजनगर प्रखण्ड के ग्राम रांजड़ में श्री श्री दुर्गा पूजा कमेटी के द्वारा विजयदशमी के बाद यानी एकादशी में धूमधाम से दुर्गा पूजा एवं आगुनमाडा का आयोजन किया गया। तालाब से लेकर मंदिर तक जगह-जगह पर श्रद्धालुओं ने पूजा अर्चना की सभी श्रद्धालुओं ने सुख समृद्धि एवं रोग निवारण के लिए मन्नत मांगी , जो भक्त सच्चे मन से मां दुर्गा की पूजा अर्चना करते है मां उसे हर मनोकामनाएं पूरा करती है। भक्तों द्वारा दुर्गा देवी को प्रसन्न करने के लिए , अनेक प्रकार का कर्तव्य दिखाये , कोई भक्त कांटों की सेज बनाकर सोए , नागफनी कांटों पर ,आग पर भी करतब दिखाये , लेकिन दुर्गा देवी कृपा से शरीर पर जख्म नहीं हुआ , दुर्गा मां मंदिर परिसर के सामने आगुनमाडा के लिए अग्निकुंड बनाया गया , जिसकी लंबाई 10 फीट , चौड़ाई 2 फीट, गहराई 2 फीट का था , पूजा अर्चना के बाद श्रद्धालु नंगे पांव दहकते अंगारों पर चले , लेकिन किसी के पांव में छाले तक नहीं हुआ । राजनगर प्रखंड के आसपास एवं दूर दराज से हजारों लोगों देखने के लिए पहुंचे थे ।
कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में कमेटी के अध्यक्ष – प्रमोद कुमार प्रधान , सचिव – अंगद प्रधान , कोषाध्यक्ष – बलराम प्रधान , सदस्यगण – बैद्धनाथ प्रधान, अर्जुन प्रधान, उत्तम प्रधान , मंटू सरदार , कृष्णा प्रधान , प्रदीप प्रधान , बिजय कुंभकार , बीरबल प्रधान,निमाई प्रधान , निहाल प्रधान एवं ग्रामवासी का सहरनीय योगदान रहा ।
After Vijayadashami i.e. Ekadashi, Durga Puja and Agunmada were organized with great pomp by Sri Sri Durga Puja Committee in village Ranjad of Rajnagar block. Devotees offered prayers at various places from the pond to the temple. All the devotees prayed for happiness, prosperity and disease prevention. The devotee who worships Maa Durga with a true heart, fulfills all his wishes. To please Goddess Durga, the devotees performed many types of duties, some devotees made a bed of thorns to sleep on, performed stunts on hawthorn thorns, even on fire, but due to the grace of Goddess Durga, there was no injury on the body, in the premises of Durga Maa temple. A fire pit was built in front for Agunmada, which was 10 feet long, 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep. After the puja, the devotees walked barefoot on the burning embers, but no one had even a blister on their feet. Thousands of people from around Rajnagar block and from far away places had come to watch.
In making the program successful, Committee Chairman – Pramod Kumar Pradhan, Secretary – Angad Pradhan, Treasurer – Balram Pradhan, Members – Baidhnath Pradhan, Arjun Pradhan, Uttam Pradhan, Mantu Sardar, Krishna Pradhan, Pradeep Pradhan, Bijay Kumbhkar, Birbal Pradhan, Nimai Pradhan, Nihal Pradhan and the villagers had a commendable contribution.
