आदित्यपुर के अशोक महतो उर्फ लालटू महतो के नाम थाना मे प्राथमिकी दर्ज

आदित्यपुर दिंदली बस्ती शिव मन्दिर के पास के निवासी कांग्रेस नेता अशोक महतो उर्फ लालटू महतो (पिता-स्व अजीत महतो) की पत्नी नमिता महतो ने अपने पति लालटू महतो तथा महिला नेत्रा निरुपमा लोहार के विरुद्ध जान से मारने की धमकी देने, गाली-गलौज करने तथा प्रताडि़त करने का आरोप लगाते हुए आदित्यपुर थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करायी है. उनकी शिकायत पर कांड संख्या-264/2023, दिनांक 21 अगस्त 23 दर्ज किया गया है. धारा-323, 341, 504, 506, 34, 498 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है. वहीं, कांड के अनुसंधान की जिम्मेवारी सहायक पुलिस निरीक्षक राजीव कुमार को दी गई है.
दर्ज शिकायत के अनुसार वर्ष 2004 में नमिता महतो का अशोक महतो उर्फ लालटू महतो के साथ विवाह हुआ था तथा उनके दो बच्चे भी हैं. वर्ष 2014 तक पति-पत्नी के बीच सब कुछ ठीक-ठाक रहा. परन्तु उसके बाद से पति के द्वारा मारपीट व गाली-गलौज करते हुए यह कहकर प्रताडि़त किया जाने लगा कि तूम सुन्दर नहीं हो. शिकायत में नमिका ने कहा है कुछ दिनों के बाद उन्हें अपने पति की निरुपमा लोहार नामक महिला के साथ अवैध संबंध होने की जानकारी मिली. उसके बाद पति के द्वारा नमिता एवं दोनों बच्चों के साथ मारपीट और बदसलूकी की जाने लगी.
मेसेंजर से कॉल कर गंदी गाली-गलौज करती है निरुपमा
दर्ज शिकायत में इस बात का उल्लेख है कि निरुपमा लोहार के द्वारा मेसेंजर के माध्यम से नमिता महतो को कॉल कर गंदी गाली गलौज की जाती है तथा जान से मारने की धमकी दी जाती है. नमिता ने आशंका जतायी है कि उनके पति तथा निरुपमा मिलकर उन्हें कभी भी जान से मार सकते हैं.
पूर्व विधायक साधुचरण महतो की भतीजी है नमिता
कांग्रेस नेता अशोक महतो उर्फ लालटू महतो की पत्नी नमिता ईचागढ़ के पूर्व विधायक स्व. साधुचरण महतो की भतीजी है. नमिता के माता-पिता पैतृक गांव में निवास करते हैं.बताया जाता है कि पति-पत्नी के बीच पूर्व में कभी-कभार विवाद हुआ करता था, तब साधु महतो जीवित थे. तब साधु महतो ने मध्यस्थता कर विवाद को सलटा दिया था. साथ ही दोबारा विवाद की पुनरावृति न होने के प्रति चेताया भी था. अब साधु महतो के नहीं रहने पर लालटू महतो पर पत्नी के साथ मारपीट करने व धमकी देने का आरोप पुलिस तक पहुंच गया है.

According to the complaint lodged, Namita Mahato was married to Ashok Mahato alias Laltu Mahato in the year 2004 and they have two children. Till the year 2014, everything was fine between husband and wife. But after that, she was harassed by husband while abusing and abusing, saying that you are not beautiful. In the complaint, Namika has said that after a few days she came to know about her husband having an illegal relationship with a woman named Nirupama Lohar. After that Namita and both the children were assaulted and misbehaved by the husband.
Nirupama abuses dirty calls by messenger
It is mentioned in the registered complaint that Nirupama Lohar used to call Namita Mahto through messenger and used foul language and threatened to kill her. Namita has expressed apprehension that her husband and Nirupama together can kill her anytime.
Namita is the niece of former MLA Sadhucharan Mahato.

It is said that there used to be occasional disputes between husband and wife in the past, when Sadhu Mahato was alive. Then Sadhu Mahato settled the dispute by mediating. Along with this, he was also warned against the repetition of the dispute again. Now the allegation of assaulting and threatening Laltu Mahato’s wife has reached the police due to the absence of Sadhu Mahato.
